My client keeps receiving the email all jumbled with links to the Docusign not the normal review page.  Has anyone ever had this issue and how do we correct it?  I have had him reboot his computer and close out of his email.  It looks fine on his phone but he wants to see if on a big screen.  Any advise is appreciated

Help! New to docusign and getting frustrated, I would like to create two templates that I am able to edit on a regular basis and create Docusign documents. Is anyone available to jump on a zoom call?

I am trying to make check boxes in my powerform mandatory and cannot figure out how to do so. I need the signee to check either one or the other and not be able to sign without one of them being checked. A lot of people miss check boxes, but I need it checked for accounting purposes. Anyone know how to do this? 

I was able to add all of the fields to my document yesterday. But now I’m unable to add a number of different fields. There is a little lock sign next to field and its saying I need to upgrade my account. 

I am trying the "Copy with form data" but the attachment is not getting added in new envelop. What should I do?

Hello,I would like to send 4 documents to the same people. So I've added all 4 documents to the same action.I add the signature requests under the names without any problem for the 4 documents.However, a colored bookmark appears. But there's also a larger grey bookmark.Despite the 4 documents with the same number of signatures requested, sometimes the gray bookmark appears and so does a bookmark the color of one signature request. It’s not the same for the 4 documents and I don’t understand why.I don't know what it's for or what it means, and I don't want the recipients to be unable to sign.Thank you for your help !

Hello!Is there any way to access my signed/completed documents or those that I have been cc-ed in before my Docusign account was created? I deleted some emails from Docusign and realized that I had not saved a copy of the signed documents. These were sent prior to the creation of my Docusign account. I have now created a Docusign account using the same email address that the documents were sent to, but the documents are not shown in my account, probably because they were sent to me before I created the account. What should I do?

Everything goes well until “View and Sign” document part. Yikes - I feel really silly asking this question as I thought setting up a simple contract would be easy but I am lost. I want to create a contract that my client fills out and signs. I want to add a link to this ‘form’ to my website and keep it super simple. They click on link, fill out form and sign. Where do I go to create this? Thanks!! 

I sent assent page to 5 people for signatures.  My completed file is coming in as one document with all of their signatures under one page throught text.  How to I get to and print each signed document?  I clicked on everything on the completed page and it did not bring me to their individual document.  Please advise!  Thank you!  Kristin

I’m working on a template which I want to prefill -  a basic Purchase Requisition form that I send out for approval almost every day.  The previous excel version of the form normally multiplies the quantity times the price per unit and fills in the extended cost for each line item which I enter. I can find a values calculation option for the signer, and I can find a “prefill” tool for me as the sender, but I can’t seem to find anything that would let me PREFILL the Extended Value before sending it on to the signer.Do I just have to manually do the calculations or can I do a “calculated pre-fill field” to automatically do the calculation once I enter values cost per unit and qty when I’m prefilling the form?

I went to pull my invoice for reconciliation today, and it looks like my account has been switched over to a free account and is showing 2 sends left. We have been paying for DocuSign for years, so I know this isn’t true.  Can anyone help so I can get my invoice and our plan be corrected?

I have integrated DocuSIgn with Outsystems but when I am signing any document it is only showing the first saved signature and I am not able to edit or change the signature. Is there any specific solution for the same or any method by which each time a new document is opened it asks to either draw the signature or to upload a signature instead of showing the first signature by default. Also I have attached the screenshot of the issue 

I had to make a new intake form.  The firm has questions for the person to whom I’m sending it to fill in.  I cannot locate the way to do this.  There used to be a side bar with a pencil for signatures and a way to put txt spaced in but I cannot find it

Is there a way to remove the yellow box that shows "required" or the field validation type so this doesn't appear to signers? This box covers wording on the document. Tool tips has already been removed.

I tried using Power Automate to update the text in Custom fields from my excel sheet into the template that I have created in Docusign, I tried importing the info of the Custom field by using the function “Get Custom Field Info” but I noticed that it wont import anything and it will still show as successfully run. I am trying to import the field info so I can put that info to run the “Update the envelope custom field” which will update the values of the respective custom fields. Can anyone help me with this please?

Is there a way to run a report to show the status of all the recipients that I have sent in the last month. I have been able to do this in the past, but no longer able to add “Recipient Status” to a report. I’ve been digging and cannot seem to come up with an answer. Minimally, I need to  pull Recipient Name, Recipient Email, Recipient Status for all envelopes sent in last month.

Hallo everbody. This is Francesca and newbie with Docusign. This is my problem: I have sent through Docusign a contract to a client (without signing it).He sent it back to me signed and now the contract states “completed” and therefor I cannot countersign it. How can I do? Thanks so much!

I have a standard plan from DocuSign. Today I had to get a new Business Pro plan because I had to do a bulk shipment. Everything went well (csv import and other steps). I had 31 recipients on my list. I had to cancel my shipment because there were typos in the letter template. I deleted everything and corrected my letter. When I did mass sending again, a notification appeared that the number of sendings was exceeded, even though I only have 30 recipients.

In my application I want to get list of envelopes for specific recipient using email id or user id. Which API endpoint should I use to get list of envelopes for specific recipient.

I have gone to settings, change plan where it said to go, but there is no way to cancel this plan
