I have sent multiple envelopes to one signer, and he has completed signing each envelope. On my end they show as complete. On his end they show “action required.” Is there a way to mark them as complete on his end? (Four envelopes, dated from November 2023 through April 2024)

@S.Nelson - That is odd.   It might be a cache issue on their browser.   Unfortunately, there is not a way to set them as complete on your end.   Could you have them log in from a different browser?

Its probably cache since you are the initiator.
