"unknown error" when entering the verification code trying to change my email address

When I try to change my email address, I get (after 10 to 15 minutes) a verification code to the new email address, which I enter into the pop-up window in my web browser. Then, an error message containing the words “unknown error” is displayed, too briefly (it feels less than 3 seconds altogether) for me to read it in full. I’ve tried several times, with the same results each time. Is there a way to do what I need?

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to Docusign! I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. I understand how frustrating it can be to repeatedly go through the verification process only to encounter an unexpected error.
Please try signing out of Docusign, opening an Incognito/Private browser window, signing back in, and then changing your email address again. You can also try using a different supported browser.
If the same error occurs, it's possible that the new email address is already associated with another Docusign account, or that there's an issue with the email verification process.
Please let us know whether the new email address is already in use with another DocuSign account. If the issue continues, could you send us your account email address via private message, and we'll be happy to look into it further?
