I cannot find my signed historic documents and need a contract urgently.

Due to a family illness, I have not kept track of docusign, but now returning back to work, I urgently need a signed contract that was held here last I checked. Date is Feb 2022.

Now, I cannot see any historic documents at all. I don’t recall ever asking those documents to be deleted.

What do I do?
