Candidate signed off their onboarding but onboarding 2.0 has not updated with a completed status.

To further investigate the Envelope’s status and events, please send us the Envelope ID for the document in question via Private Message. You may refer to this link on how to locate the Envelope ID: Locate a Docusign Envelope ID
