Why are there not bug and/or complaint post types for this forum?

I’m just using Docusign again for the first time in 3 years, and both UI and UX are horrible compared to previously, as I recall.

I want to both complain and get support, but the support Bot sent me here. These types should be included in the Create a Post typology.

It is incredibly discouraging to log into a familiar tool only to find that changes to the user interface and user experience have made your workflow harder rather than easier.
 
Recent changes/updates aim to make our platform feel intuitive, and it is clear from your experience that we missed the mark here. Right now, my priority is getting you the actual support you came for.

Please reply directly to this thread with the specific task you are trying to complete, or any error messages you are encountering. We will do our best to assist.

Sorry for double-tagging, please do respond to Luke if you have any Docusign specifics you want help with. Just chiming in to say a Community Platform revamp is on the horizon, and I feel your UI/UX frustration as I often have my own with our community tool 🤧
 
A Bug Report/Complain category makes a lot of sense to me, I added it to the revamp ideas list. Thanks so much for the feedback!!!
