Why are there not bug and/or complaint post types for this forum?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Docusign Community and sharing your honest feedback with us. We want to apologize that your return to Docusign after three years has been frustrating, and that our automated support assistant failed to give you the direct help you needed.

It is incredibly discouraging to log into a familiar tool only to find that changes to the user interface and user experience have made your workflow harder rather than easier.
 
Recent changes/updates aim to make our platform feel intuitive, and it is clear from your experience that we missed the mark here. Right now, my priority is getting you the actual support you came for.

Please reply directly to this thread with the specific task you are trying to complete, or any error messages you are encountering. We will do our best to assist.

Sorry for double-tagging, please do respond to Luke if you have any Docusign specifics you want help with. Just chiming in to say a Community Platform revamp is on the horizon, and I feel your UI/UX frustration as I often have my own with our community tool 🤧
 
A Bug Report/Complain category makes a lot of sense to me, I added it to the revamp ideas list. Thanks so much for the feedback!!!
