If the custody transfer rule was successfully applied, the envelope will be removed from the original owner's account and added to the new owner's Manage page in the specified destination folder. The original owner will no longer have access to the envelope unless they were included as a carbon copy (CC) recipient in the transfer rule.
To confirm the transfer, verify that the envelope is no longer visible in the original owner's account and that it appears in the new owner's Manage page. You may also review your custody transfer rule settings to confirm the transfer criteria and destination.
