if you are searching all documents /envelopes and you dont know the date you used to be able to choose “all time” - that has gone now.

@LanceTrebesch If you click the “x” next to the date filter, it should remove it and default to searching every envelope you have (the same functionality as the old “All Time” filter).

Can you verify that this isn’t working as intended? If not, that might be a separate issue that needs a support ticket. If it is working, I’m going to pass along the feedback that this should have been communicated out more clearly.

@SamK I wanted to tag you too so you’re aware this feature isn’t gone, the UI just changed. The “6 Month” filter is set as the default because we found the majority of users are searching for documents no older than 6 months, and adding that filter makes the search load a lot faster. It’s much slower when searching every envelope 😅

I’m sorry for the confusion! We definitely need to do a better job at communicating out changes that break your expected process.

Helllo @SamK,

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community! Great to have you here. I understand that the “All time” date range filter on the Agreements tab was valuable to your workflow, and I apologize for the frustration the recent update has caused by removing it. Our goal is always to provide our users with a seamless, efficient experience.

While this option is currently unavailable following the latest update, we highly value your feedback. I recommend visiting our Ideas section: https://community.docusign.com/ideas. You can submit a request to bring this feature back. Our engineering team reviews these submissions regularly when planning future updates. Getting visibility here is incredibly important, as it allows us to gauge how many users would need the feature by voting, which helps our engineers prioritize the Idea post.

Thank you for helping us improve Docusign. Please let us know if you have any questions. We’re here to help!

Best Regards,

Removing All Time - in the search function for “some” accounts is absolutely ridiculous and a horrendous message to your longtime customers who have been using Docusign for decades.

Search, the search function on any internet / SaaS platform is a BASIC function that should in no way be restricted.

You really do not care about your customers.  This in the face of enormous competition that you have.

Please restore it now. Thank you.

That does not work. All Time does not appear.

@LanceTrebesch Sorry for the confusion, the words “All Time” won’t appear -- the filter will just be removed, thus defaulting to searching all envelopes regardless of date. Can you confirm that if you try to search an older envelope, it won’t come up with the filter removed?
