Can't create new account

Hi, 

At different times these past 2 days I have been trying to create a new account, but I am getting stuck on the phone message step

I get " Unable to process your request. Please try again later or contact support." 

Can't acces instant chat from customer support when I click there nothing happens

Tried with 3 different phone numbers, so this is not something related to just my phone and my service provider.

 

Can I get any direct support?

One possible reason for the error is that the email address you're using may already be associated with an existing Docusign account. If that's the case, the system may prevent the creation of a new account using the same email address.
Could you try signing in using that email address instead? If you're unable to remember the password, you can use the "Forgot Password" option on the sign-in page to regain access to the account.
If you're certain the email address has never been used with Docusign, or if you continue to receive the same error after attempting to sign in, please let us know, and we'll be happy to provide further guidance.

Hello, I tried that and I got an email back saying this "We received a request to reset the Docusign password for this email, but no account exists."

So this is not the case
