Is there any way to apply my own signature to my own document that is larger than 25MB?  Can I access my document from my desktop and apply my signature?

I’ve noticed problems with the way that corrections are treated in docusign.   I’ve noticed this on both sides of the process actually;  both as a signer and the creator of a contract.  When a document is corrected it is not being resent to the recipients regardless of whether or not they have already signed.   In researching the issue it seems that docusign is not supposed to resend to someone who is only set to “receive a copy” which seems silly to me.  Our agreements are with the end user of our product and the general contractor sometimes doesn’t need to sign but they are not receiving an updated copy of the contract which is a problem for us.   Wondering if others experience is the same and how it is being dealt with.  thank you !

How can I drag & drop the signature boxes with more accuracy on an iPad. It's not as easily done as on the computer & I have to delete and start over every time. Really aggravating.

I want to create a fixed text custom field that can optionally be placed in an envelope by the sender and can be visible to all recipientsThe Fixed text is APPROVED AS TO FORM:SANTA CLARA CITY ATTORNEY”S OFFICE I create the field as read only, with a fixed length but I get a box surrounding the text and it wraps around even though I lengthen the field on the document. How do I remove the box outline and stop the field from wrapping.  I have also tried creating 2 custom fields one for each line but I get the same behavior.

Hi,I have a form where the technician will first complete their section, entering values related to labor costs. After that, the parts department will fill out the pricing for parts. Finally, the manager will review the form and add any additional information. In the manager section, there’s a field that needs to automatically calculate a value based on one input from the technician and one from the parts department. However, when I try to create the formula, those earlier fields don’t appear as available options likely because they were filled out by previous users in the workflow. How can I set this up so that the calculation field in the manager section can access and use values entered earlier by the technician and parts department?

I have been using DocuSign for my editing contracts for over 1+ years. Most times I send my contracts while at my computer, but I am frequently on the go and sometimes need a mobile solution. I use templates for my editing contracts, but it seems like the templates do not work on the iOS app. Why is this not a feature in the app?  How do other in similar situations overcome the challenges of this lacking feature in the app?

Trying to correct an envelope and I get this error, how do I correct it? The API request is forbidden. Request blocked due to excess usage

Looking to set-up Share Access for the team where the majority of envelopes can be shared.  However there are few envelopes that we would like to mark as private.  Is it possible to have both Share Access across users and also specially designate private envelopes?

Is there an ability to send a document for signature but only the sender gets the signed copy. There are numerous cases (particularly with 3+ signatory documents) where it is not appropriate for individual signatories to get the fully-signed document. This should be a setting but does not currently seem possible and requires such an agreement to be individually sent to each signatory.

Hi! I work at a bank and we are looking at adding signature pads in our personal banker offices so customers can sign in person. Does anyone have any recommendations of what you are using? Our compliance team said it was important that the customer can see and read the documents before signing. What are you all doing? I am looking for all tips and tricks! :-)Thanks,Kim

Not able to view/open documents, after documents signed by user. receiving error- which states- The link has been expired. The templates/envelope have expire date of more than 100 days.any idea why this issue has been occured.

There has to be a law in Canada that you need to be able to contact billing for any company.  I have charges on my account that should not be there and cannot start a ticket or contact support. Definately putting in a complaint.  How can this actually be in this day and age?

One of my colleague has wrongly used Specify recipient feature, where she initiated correction for her envelope and removed her name as Specify recipient and changed the specified recipient Name and Email Address manually, instead of clicking Manage and filling up the specified recipient name and email address. Doing so, the specified recipient has received multiple email notifications “Corrected : xxxxx envelope name, As a result, you no longer have access.”The recipient had been receiving the same emails every 30 minutes! How do i stop this notification emails sent out to them? How to reproduce :Create new envelope :1st Recipient - needs to sign (Role, Name, Email address filled in) 2nd Recipient - needs to sign (Role, Name, Email address filled in) 3rd Recipient - Specify Recipients (Role, Name, Email address filled in) - herself 4th Recipient - Specified Recipient (Role filled in)After the 1st and 2nd recipient has signed and it goes to the 3rd Recipient → Correct Envelope→ Remove

I have used docusign for years with no issues. A few days ago I sent an envelope to two people and only one received it. I tried several times and it didn’t go through to the second party. I tried his secondary email address and it didn’t go through either. I have sent these 2 multiple envelopes in the past month and all worked properly. I ended up having to drive out of town for his signature. Approx 8 hours later they all went through in the early hours the next day. I tried to register a complaint with docusign but their support network is a joke. No phone number unless you want to subscribe which is convenient. I tried to go through customer support but it wouldn’t accept my login even though it’s the same as the regular one. This was a terrible experience and zero support. Get a phone number and start working for your customers!!!!

I received a DocuSign request on Friday, 7/11. I never signed it. On Saturday, 7/12, I got an email that the document had been completed (again: I never signed it). How can I contest this?

Greetings! Our non-profit account was cancelled in error. We seem unable to manage our subscription to reinstate, and support is not available to us. Please advise.Thank you.

Hi! I am submitting a signed document but the company will not accept the document because the top of the signature says “signed by” instead of “docusigned by”. Does anyone know how to display this? When I go to my profile to update my signature, this is not an option - it just has ‘signed by’.

A lot of users are reporting that they lost all the content in their accounts.  Anyone else having issues?

I am an Austrian living in France and have an Austrian passport in the new format issued in September 2024. My French mobile company is using IDNow to verify IDs, but when I try to use my passport it fails with the message that the passport is issued from a country that is not supported. An employee at the company showed me the expected format of the Austrian passport that would pass the automated test, but it is clearly in the old format which has been replaced in December 2023.Surely, by now IDNow would have updated their validation to include the new Austrian passport format? Is there any way to get it to pass the automated check?

Seeking an answer to this question: “As our team is not external facing, are we able to adjust the sender information to reflect the name of the internal rep who forwarded us the report request?” Essentially, the team responsible for sending the document for signature wants it to look like it’s coming from the rep that the customer is familiar with, or possibly a more ambiguous dept. name.Example: If John Smith of the ABC Accounting Dept is the sender, we don’t want John Smith’s name or John.Smith@company.com email to be seen anywhere in the email notifications. We want just ABC Accounting Dept. or ABC@company.com.I know you can create a custom email subdomain so the email appears to come from a company dept. Is there a way mask the senders name with an alias in the body of the email notification? Ex: “ABC Accounting Dept sent you a document to review and sign.” and “Thank you, ABC Accounting Dept.” Currently, what is seen is the sender’s name and email from their Profile.Thank you!

Good morningIs anyone encountering increase in amount of failed deliveries with this message? Thanks

I can't create a Trail account or a new signup for hr account in Docusign. When I click get started, it does not move forward. May I know what the problem is?

issue:  Feedback:  the 'supplemental document' feature is not intuitive for the recipient as the DS app goes directly to the signature page / sig area.  is there a way to better flag the supplemental doc at the top of the agreement for the recipient to see, make it more obvious ?  for example, could there be a pop-up bubble by the signature area so the user knows there is a supplemental doc attached and they should read it ?  -- make it super obvious.  User Comments:  Thanks. It wasn’t intuitive. When I pressed start it went to the signature block. I see how its now embedded. Thanks

In our industry, people must use their finger or a stylus to sign their name but the only we find we can force that is to use the drawing field, instead of the signature field. However, I don’t see a way to do that with the mobile app. Is there a workaround?

How do I bypass the pop out window to create account once users have signed the webform and go directly to landing page? There isn't a way for users to close it out.
