Good morning

Is anyone encountering increase in amount of failed deliveries with this message?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Docusign Community—great to have you here!

If you’re encountering this error message while sending an envelope, it may indicate that the recipient's email system is rejecting the Docusign email because it has been flagged by Spamhaus.

You may refer your recipient to their IT team to review filtering rules and consider whitelisting Docusign sending emails.

Hi Jenny

The problem was with a DocuSign IP address and not a problem of the client.  DocuSign fixed this and all was well again.
