I can't create a Trail account or a new signup for hr account in Docusign. When I click get started, it does not move forward. May I know what the problem is?

- Free account: Designed for anyone who is signing documents and wishes to keep them stored within the Docusign system for easy future access.
What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? For instance, have you tried clearing your browser's cache, using a different browser, network, and device?
Lastly, are you registering the same email address you used here in the Docusign Community?

Thank you for tagging me, and sorry for the late revert. To clarify, what account type were you attempting to register for, a Trial account, Developer account or Free account? Please try using the hyperlinks depending on the type of account. Also, is this your first time with the registration, or have you had an account before? If you are encountering issues, especially when using a work email address, consider using a personal email address. It's possible that your company's email system has restrictions in place. In that case, you need to work with your IT. If the issue persists and you've already done basic troubleshooting (clearing the browser's cache, using another browser or device), the next best step is to open a support case. This will allow the support team to take a closer look and further review the email addresses involved. Note that Support will send an email and can only provide information to the owner of the email addresses for security purposes. The workaround is to submit a case without logging into an account by using the “I can’t access my account > Other issues” option at the bottom of the page and providing complete details of the issue in the Case description. Thank you for getting back to me. To troubleshoot this, please follow these steps:
- Check if there is an existing Docusign account for the user. The trick is to attempt a password reset. If there is no existing account, the user will receive an email stating that a password reset was requested, but no account exists. 👉 How do I reset my Docusign password?
- If no account is found, try the free trial link in a different browser or incognito mode 👉 Start your free trial - Docusign eSignature
- If the issue continues, clear the browser's cache and cookies. 👉 How do I clear the cache and cookies in my browser?
- If the issue persists, the Support team will need to check internally what's causing the error:
- Paid Account
Open a Support Case
- Non Paid Account: The workaround is to submit a case without logging into an account by using the “I can’t access my account > Other issues” option at the bottom of the page and providing complete details of the issue in the Case description. Link: Get Support

I’m also experiencing issues while trying to create a DocuSign developer sandbox (demo) account. The browser hangs during the registration process and does not complete the operation.
When I check the browser console, I see the following errors:

We're sorry about the challenges faced with the Developer account registration.
Kindly see below recommendations:
- Please try to register here:
Get your free developer account
- Use another browser/device
- Check your email to see if you have already received an "Account Activation" email, and follow the instructions.
- It's worth checking if you have an existing Docusign Developer account associated with the same email address. The trick is to attempt a password reset here: Docusign Login - Enter email to start sign in. If there is no existing account, you will receive an email stating that a password reset was requested, but no account exists.
- If you use a work email address, we recommend reaching out to your IT department. Some organizations claim domains or don't allow the use of emails outside work tools. Alternatively, try using a different email address.
If none of the above-mentioned apply, we recommend opening a support case so our Technical team can review the registration attempt and the error message received, as it may be blocked by the service protection team.
- Users with Paid account can

- Free account users can use the following workaround to Open a Support Case: Go here: Get Support. Do not log in to Docusign. Use the bottom part of the page under More support options > I can't access my account > Other Issues. Provide a complete description of the issue.
