I received a DocuSign request on Friday, 7/11. I never signed it. On Saturday, 7/12, I got an email that the document had been completed (again: I never signed it). How can I contest this?

Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.
If you received a completion notification but didn't sign the envelope, it could be because someone else signed on your behalf, or you were mistakenly included as a recipient. Docusign allows for delegated signing, where someone can sign for another person, and it's also possible that someone forwarded you their notification email. But to further check, please send me the envelope ID via private message. The envelope ID is in the upper left corner of the document you received.
