Is it possible that each party to a contract signs the document with its own docusign process?

Hi,is the validity of the digital signatures effected or becomes invalid if each party to a contract takes care only for collecting its own signatures via independent docusign processes? E.g.:Party A internally signs contract via docusign After completion Party A sends the contract via (regular) email to Party B Party B starts a new docusign process with its own account to collect its internal signatures Party B sends “completely” signed contract back to Party A via (regular) email.

Refund Policy

I am writing to express my utter frustration and disappointment with the appalling level of customer service I received from your company.On June 30,2024 , I purchased a DocuSign product and, less than fifteen minutes later, called to cancel my order. To my shock and dismay, I was met with a refusal to process my cancellation. The reasons provided by your support team were inadequate and unconvincing.Moreover, the lack of clear and comprehensive information on your screens only compounded my frustration. It is unacceptable for a company of your stature to provide such subpar service and inadequate support to your customers. The lack of transparency and the inability to remedy the situation reflects poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction.I demand an immediate resolution to this issue. I expect a full refund for the product and an explanation as to why such poor service was provided. Failure to address this matter promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate my compl

Blurry Numbers on Sent Doc but not visible in Template or preview

When my doc is received via DocuSign, the viewer sees double or blurry numbers in my column that has currency. I do need see this issue on the template, or the preview or when I open the docusign as a receiver on my cell phone.

Cannot use pre-fill fields with docusign formula to calculate total for a client

Hello! I am working for a client who has contracts with many different services, each with a price set separately for each client. For example, one client can have service A for $100, while another client can have service A for $500. My idea was to create pre-fill fields that would prevent sending a contract without filled prices for each service. After sending, the client would tick check boxes for the services they want, and a final price would be calculated based on the selected services. However, I realized that pre-fill fields (which I want to use to set prices for services before sending) do not work with formulas. Is there any way to get around this issue? Has anyone had the same problem? Many thanks!

I DOWNGRADED MY PLAN BUT NO REFUND SO FAR

Hi, Did you guys have any issue regarding refund?I downgraded my plan and no refund afterward from DOCUSIGN. They kept sending me an email to close my case, but they still DO NOT SEND ME A REFUND as I requested. Occasionally I used to use a month plan, on the May 1st, I paid for one month. But I realized I paid for a year plan. So right away I downgraded it but the payment was sent. And DOCUSIGN haven’t refunded me. Any help?They called me from Boston, and told me I would receive a refund within 7 days.But no refund and close my case.So many emails to communicate them.No refund so far.

Field Order

According to DS Support articles and posts found on the Community, I should be able to set a specific navigation order for the fields in my template so that the signer completes them in a logical order. The sources say that i should find a section call Field Order on the right side of the screen along with the Formatting, Validation, etc sections. However, that section is not there. I have attached a screenshot of the options available to me in that area - Field Order is not there. Our account is an Enterprise account, so it is my understanding that we should have everything available. Please explain why this isn’t there and what needs to happen to add it.

Powerform Sender not Receiving Email

I currently have a Powerform in use. It has a initial person that fills out the form with their information. The form then goes through the signing order for review and signatures. I am trying to figure out how the initial person that fills out the form can receive email updates of the form. Must people that fill the form out are guest users and do not have a account.

hi i am trying to use/send a template on an ipad that i created on a desktop and when i click on the template from template a box pops and says “ Unsupported Features” To use this template, please log in with a computer. Not sure what this is, other templates work fine. Is there something that i can do to make this work. Certificate of completion - send it or not ?

Hello fellow members,If I email someone a document signed by docusign and they were not part of the envelope, should the certificate of completion be sent together with the signed document or not ? Does sending it pose a security risk in any way shape or form, given that some personal information is written in it, such as name, email, position etc ? Thank you

Hi together, We are trying to send an envelope to docusign via the ELO integration. We receive an error message, when the action “Send envelope” is triggered. “Signers that are required to meet 21 CFR part 11 compliance must have at least one required, non-conditional Signature or Initials tab.”In this post it seems as we would need a template with a signature tab: Sadly we are not too familiar with creating templates. Bulk Send CSV report completed status

Hello! I am trying to send a bulk invite template to 5,000 people. Once the document is signed, I would like to export the signed documents to a .csv file report. Is it possible to filter out the people who have signed the document, so that the report only includes documents with the “complete” status? I do not want to include people who have not yet signed in the report. Thank you!

How I can solve the following problems?1- When the powerform has been completed, if the FO accesses the link again he receives no warning that the powerform process has been already completed. Do you know if exists a way to have a block in case of accidentally re-accesses the same email?2- It seems that the hyperlink can also be used by e-mail addresses other than those who received the powerform. However, the recipient still receives an email after signing that says: "All parties have completed «document’s subject»".
