Hello, as I mention in my other post, I’ve been asked to automatically generate a weekly envelope status report. I have this working now, albeit without the custom fields; however, DocuSign wraps the Excel file within a ZIP file. Is there any way to configure DocuSign so that the report is sent as an Excel file? (XLSX or CSV is fine)

Currently is not possible, according to the article Send Report Results by Email. Docusign sends files in .zip format precisely to reduce the size of large reports files.

Update: My bad. I set up email rules to classify different emails into specific folders. The DocuSign report email got caught up in these rules. Once someone helped me, I was able to locate the emails, with the ZIP files attached. Everyone is happy with ZIP files. Looks like this was a non-issue. Apologies for this. Salvador
