Recover a document from November 2024

Question

I only use Docisign about six times a year for real estate sales or contractor contracts.  I used docusign on 11/07/2024 for a roof contractor.  When I sign on to docusign, I see my documents for the last six months, but 11/07/2024 occurred nine months ago, and does not show up.  I do have the document alphanumeric code of that document.  Can I recover the 11/07/2024 document?  If so, how?

​@jhsully2:You can change the date rage via the dropdown (little triangle next to the “6 months” label) - ‘6 months’ is the default, but you can choose other presets or enter in custom dates - then add your search terms and you should be able to find your document.good luckmr1
