I’m pretty sure Ctrl+S works in the classic editor, I’ve used the function today. Not sure about the new editor though.

@Blueline is correct. Docusign fully supports the functionality, as outlined here: Keyboard Shortcuts List. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience if there have been some issues. We would like to investigate this for you.
I tried using a Classic Editor and Agreement Template Builder, and I pressed Ctrl+S (while on the tagger page), and I got a quick "Saving" message in the upper right (next to the PREVIEW button). Are you able to try it again and use different browsers? Do you have screenshots of the issue that you could provide (without any Personally Identifiable Information )?

If you’re still monitoring this: I just spent quite awhile editing a template, using ctrl+s periodically & receiving the “saving” message each time. I stepped away from my desk, and when I returned I’d been logged out. When I logged back in, all my work was gone -- nothing had saved, in fact.

It could be related to the Web App Session Timeout settings. Please adjust the settings from Admin > Security Settings > set it to the maximum 120 minutes.

The next time you create or edit a Template, please observe if the issue persists. If yes, please open a support case so we can investigate it further.
