I'm a beginner. How do I turn a document into Docusign

Let's say I have a bulk send CSV column "Staff::Gender" with "Male" and "Female" as possibilities. I have a DocuSign template with a checkbox group (made as a group so I can validate exactly one entry) for Male and Female choices.The simple question would be: What is supposed to correspond with 'Gender' as the data point?I see that the unique ID for the group is 'Checkbox Group 3974f456-aa46-4471-b440-47c6e77322b0', which isn't real helpful to map with CSV value above, since that CSV and its column name is used across many different templates. Am I looking in the wrong place...maybe I'm supposed to use 'Data Label' or 'Checkbox Values' and have a separate column like "Staff::Male" as a X value while "Staff::Female" is blank? Seems clunky...

I see the "date signed" fields, for the eSignature blocks, but is there a way to insert a date field that will populate with the date that the final eSignature was obtained for the document?

how do i get a document notarized

I sent the docusign which has 4 signatories. 3 have signed already, but fourth (final one) is on annual leave, however I need the document signed asap and waiting for them to come back of leave will be too late. Can the document signatory be changed even though others have signed already? Thanks

Hi All, My understanding is that DocuSign checks the validity of the QES signature of the signer before accepting it and moving forward the envelope. Is it correct? If so, how does it work? Is there any written resource/document that explains it? Thanks

The Signee's name is correct, but the email address was input incorrectly and now it has been saved incorrectly by the Docusign auto-fill. This person signs 75% of our documents, so it's a real pain. Is there a way to edit what has been auto-saved?

After a recipient signs, I found out that they need to make corrections. How can I have them do this without having to have them start over?

Is it possible to make a correction to a document within an envelope after at least once signature has completed?  For example, if a reviewer/signer makes a comment that requires a change, can that happen within the envelope, or do we withdraw the envelope, and start the process over, uploading the corrected version of the document?
