Bulk Send Help

I am new do docusign, trying to do my first bulk send and its not working. Help a Little League Secretary out. Thank you.

We are more than happy to assist you, the DocuSign’s enhanced bulk send feature allows senders to easily send a standardized document to many recipients simultaneously. This can be particularly convenient for transactions where a formal acknowledgment may be required (e.g., new company policies) when mass notifications take place or a myriad of other use cases where the same document needs to be sent out to a large group.

In order to use Bulk Send you will need to have the feature enabled in your account, if the feature is already enabled in the account, your sender must have the correct User permissions, please see User permission requirements for more information.

When using the bulk send, select the template you want to use. Prepare your template, adding the required documents. (For more information on preparing a template, see To create a template), after that, you can follow this guide Prepare your template for the bulk send.

Once you have your template ready, if you need help preparing a bulk recipient file, you can generate a sample CSV file that is pre-populated with the columns needed to support the template. Bulk recipient CSV files can be challenging to configure correctly, particularly if there are many recipients, envelope custom fields, and fields that will be populated from the CSV, please see Generate a customized CSV file for the bulk recipient list.

Once your bulk recipient CSV file is ready, you can use your template to generate a bulk send an envelope, please see Bulk send from a template.
