I am being assigned a new account and my completed documents won't be transferring with me. I will need to access them in the future potentially.

I appreciate you sharing your experience. The only available option that would allow you to download envelopes in bulk is DocuSign Retrieve.
With DocuSign Retrieve you are able to bulk download envelopes along with their data.
However, this application is sold as a separate add-on to all of our existing plans, and is only available to enterprise level accounts at this moment.
