where I can view how many subscribed envelopes is available to use in the admin portal? thanks!

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

If you have a Corporate account, depending on your contract and the agreed number of envelopes, you would need to run an Envelope Report from month to date or year to date (depending on contract terms) and subtract that from the total stated on the contract. The same would apply to individual accounts, but the total of available envelopes would be the ones shown for each plan type instead of the ones shown in a stated contract: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/What-happens-if-I-exceed-the-envelope-limit-on-my-account-What-is-the-charge-for-additional-envelopes

Please note that each sent envelope is discounted from the total, envelopes in the draft folder are not counted until sent.

When I ran the Envelope Report from month to date or year to date, it shows how many envelopes have been signed. But actually what I need to know how many envelopes in my subscription is not used yet. Is there any existing report for this? Many thanks!

Thank you for reaching back.

There is a Report that can help you see how many envelopes are available in your account, it's called Envelope Usage Report, however, this feature is not available for all account plans: https://support.docusign.com/s/articles/How-do-I-see-how-many-envelopes-my-account-has-used

If you’re the DocuSign Admin of a corporate plan and have questions about enabling a feature or if it’s available, please reach out to your DocuSign Account Executive/Manager. S/he will be able to provide guidance, information, and pricing. 

 

However, if you are a DocuSign Web customer and are the DocuSign Administrator on the account (no assigned Account Executive/Manager), there are a couple of ways you can go. If the feature is available on a different web plan (for example, if you currently have a Standard or Personal subscription/plan and you see a feature that’s available on a Business Pro web plan), you can go through the process of upgrading the account yourself. However, if you realize that the feature is not available on any web plan/subscription (or, aren’t sure), you should reach out to our Sales org at https://www.docusign.com/contact-sales or  1-877-720-2040. 

Otherwise, you would have to run a normal Envelope Report and subtract the number of signed envelopes from your plan's total.
