I am having the same issue. I was invited by the owner of the account for our agency.


Thank you! I finally figured out the process after asking my question. I signed up as a part of our University, as a staff member) a few days ago. I just found out that (today) that I first have to take a short online course on docusign. I'm not 100% sure what to do after that but hopefully I'll find out during that class. It's as clear as mud. Ha!

Mandy... you might need to ask other coworkers if there's something you have to do to make your account active or to be able to 'create' documents. I didn't thin this would be the case but here I am... waiting for the next training session to post.

Mandy, in your case I recommend contacting the person who invited you to the account and confirming that you have the correct permissions to send envelopes.
