While the envelope was still in-process, we downloaded the partially signed document to see the current signatures. Later, the envelope expired and was therefore voided. Can we still use the signatures on the pdf we already had? If we were to download the envelope now it would have the "Void" watermark, but the previously downloaded pdf looks clean. So technically we could use that partially signed pdf to obtain the missing signatures in counterpart. However, the IDs on the existing signatures are now associated with a voided envelope, so it seems to me they would not be valid and everyone still needs to re-sign. Is this correct?

Thank you!

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

Unfortunately, no, though the document might be clean the signature will not be valid, you would need to send the envelope again for signature, however, there is an option to copy form data (meaning any information added to the document before it got voided will be in the new envelope, signatures, and initials do not apply): https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?bundleId=oeq1643226594604&topicId=wfc1582569802343.html&_LANG=enus

If you do not see this option, it might not be enabled for your account.
