Example:In an envelope I send a document. Can i use a merge field (like an account name) as a Document name in DocuSign?

When a envelope is sent towards an internal recipient the e-mails from DocuSign are flagged as "Mailbox intelligence impersonation" due to the way the Displayname is structured ([name] via DocuSign). Is it possible to change this structure? i.e. just DocuSign of [companyname] via DocuSign.

I send docs from a form that requires multiple signatures and has fields defined for 'Signature" and "Date signed" for each signer, but when completed, the "Date Signed" field only shows a date and no time stamp. How do I have the form show the time stamp in addition? There does not appear to be a field available for "Time Signed" or "Date and Time Signed" and there are no attributes on the "Date Signed" field that would appear to modify that appearance, as I would expect;

How to sign a multi-page document (for example, PDF) on each page in one step? I need to sign documents on each page, what if the document is 50-100 pages.

I seem to have been unable to sign any documents on behalf of my boss. I can view the document into homepage and once I click on sign it, it appears a message "Error accessing envelope. Rejected". However, I have access as delegated signer.

Dear Admin,Thanks for this wonderful product.​I have been lately using DocuSign for sending envelopes containing multiple PDFs for signature.​After Signatory -1 has signed and returned the envelope to me (containing multiple signed PDFs). I am forwarding this envelope to Signatory -2. But the issue is, the PDFs are all combined in to one file.​When Signatory-2 signs and returns the envelope, i could only download the PDF as one file. I need the files to be individually signed separate ones, as I sent in the original envelope.Is this possible to perform without downloading and reuploading the files?Best RegardsKandan

Suddenly I am password protected when trying to uploand and send documents. And, when I receive signed documents, they are also password portected when I try to forward the documents. I have no idea why this is happening. I need to get signed contracts!

Can my clients fill in documents as well as just signing and dating documents that I send to them? For instance, type in their address, phone number, emergency contact etc?

When we set up Docusign, we were shown somewhere in setting to place a link which sent our Docusign users a page to our website when the select finish signing. I would like to update this but don't know where to find it in settings.

i believe this is regarding PDF level .but we only have workaround and no complete fix from DocuSign.

For example - I need a 3 year residence history. I have a set of fields for address and field for number of years residing there. If they put any integer below 3 in the years residing (number)field, I will have the next set of fields for an additional address become required. I would like a formula to calculate the number fields and recognize when the sum is 3 or greater and allow the signer to move on.

I am sending out a PDF with some fillable fields, including the name and title of the person signing. How can I request an esignature and let the recipient fill in their name/title when they are signing?

This was not showing like this before. All of a sudden this field has changed. Is there a way to undo this?

I sent an envelope for eSignature to 20 people, only two didn't sign up and my envelope got void, is there a way to unvoid it or have the document with all the other signatures, and just add the last two?

The envelope has expired, that's why was voided, but one recipient is still missing a signature, the others have already signed. So, to avoid sending another envelope and asking for signatures again, I wonder if it is possible to reopen the voided envelope.Thank you in advance!

AfternoonBit of an urgent one. A sender of an envelope is on holiday without access to DocuSign. They are also the final signer of an envelope. The documents have all been signed by all parties and waiting on the sender to complete.What's the best way to allow someone else on the same account to sign in their absence?Can administrator correct the envelope and change the signer?Can admin transfer the envelope to another user and does that change the signer?Many thanks.
