I've created an elastic template and embedded on a webpage. I can view responses in the web app when logged into my account, but can I generate automated notifications (e.g., emails) to designated people when someone accepts or declines?

I have a Signing Group established with two individuals. There responsibility as a recipient is Needs To View. The history of the envelope shows that one of the individuals has opened and viewed the document, but it is still not being forwarded to the next recipient.In this situation, does it requires both individuals in the signing group to view before the document moves on?

How to get flexibility to send document to the multiple users and to get the document signed by any one of the recipients , and it doesn't matter which one signs it ?

How to delete one member of an almost completed e-signature document?

The signers for an envelope are getting an error message when they try to sign. Both signers are unable to sign. The attached document shows the error message they are getting as well as an excerpt of the envelope history which shows the failed activity.The document is large - 18 MB and 98 pages. Could that be the problem? It is my understanding that documents can be up to 25MB and 2000 pages. Is that not correct? If you have any idea why this is happening, I would appreciate it.Thanks, 

So my company has three accounts and one of the accounts , set signing order is on by default but the other two dont? Is there a admin setting for this?

Can the sender edit a document after it has been signed

I have the DocuSign extension for both Chrome and Edge. However when I log into DocuSign, I do not have the field/prompt/"Start" button to upload a document. How do I fix this?

We have some clarifications in our admin settings page , need your help to get this clarified. When he goes to put in his username and password to actually sign the document it doesn't acknowledge Dashlane. He's having to manually put it in. When he does that- it says that it is incorrect. Then- it will acknowledge it the second time (after it says that the UN/PW is wrong) and will allow him to proceed. THEN- when it comes to me- the document isn't signed- just viewed. Has anyone had an issue like this? Or have any suggestions?

I have tried to:Delete the word confidentiality from the original Word document, type it again and resave it as a PDF Reformat the header (the word confidential and confidentiality is featured in other areas on the document but only the header in one place is loosing the 'i')Put the word 'confidentiality' in a text box and resave the doc as a pdf I even did a test where I changed the letter 't' for an 'f' and the same thing happened!None of the above has helped.Has anyone else ever come across a problem like this and if so does anyone know how to fix it?

I have a transaction that involves up to 12 templates with 113 unique fields. Many of the same fields appear on multiple templates. A few of them have different routing, so I believe that means they have to be sent in separate envelopes, right? Can the data be shared across envelopes?

I have a user, internal to our company. They did not receive notification to sign. it was not in junk and out system did not block or hold the email. When i removed them from the envelope and added back, they got the email saying they had been removed but not one to sign it. When i changed them to just receive a copy they got that email. Why would they receive those and not the one to sign the envelope?

I have a document in which an acknowledgement form will need to be signed after review of the document. It needs to go to 40 individuals. How do I do this?

I would like to know the difference between the action "Receives a copy" and "Needs to view". In the first one, we inserted someone just to monitor the process, without effective action. In the second one, is an "Ok" required from the entered person?

I can't unlock one of the the 5 recipients name. I've been able to edit it in contacts. I've copied an existing envelope. But under "edit recipients" I can't change spelling of name or email...just sms number. I can't delete or replace recipient...although I can delete and replace every document.
