eSignature

I have recently downloaded the Docusign app on Teams. So far I am impressed at how efficient it is. However, watching ths video from Docusign on youtube: DocuSign eSignature for Microsoft Teams (youtube.com) When you click download the “certificate of authentication” appears in the download. However, when I download, all i get is the signed document. Is there a setting I am missing? If i can get the certificate of completion in Teams, can it also be a separate PDF?If i click “other actions” there is the option to “view certificate” but it opens in a new pop up and says my session has ended. Can download the certificate of completion and signed document together in teams as either a single PDF or separate PDFs? When clicking the option thats in “other actions” why do I get sent to a page saying my session has ended?

Is it possible to add documents to an existing document that's already out for signature? I have a few contracts that need to be signed. Some of them need a specific document that needs to be added after the person signing reviews it. Instead of recalling and restarting the contract signing process (which would delay the job), I would like to just add that doc. Thank you !

When I am on the screen where I can input text or add signatures, my screen is constantly “shaking”. It gets larger, then shrinks, and I cannot keep the cursor on the corners of a text box because the outline of the box is constantly moving. Besides this, it is a trip on my eyes. Feels like my eyes are shaking. Any suggestions?

Hello, I'm a consultant for Salesforce organization. In this organization, their previous consultant, who no longer works for the organization, installed and set up the users in DocuSign. As a System Administrator, I'm attempting to get into DocuSign Setup to add users, but I'm unable to get into it because of an authorization issue. I assigned the DocuSign Administrator permission set to my Salesforce User, but I'm still unable to get into DocuSign.   I also see that I don't have a DocuSign username and I don't have the 'Can Manage DocuSign Account' check. There is no way to get into contact with the previous System Admin for their organization, and their User is the one set up to have full access into Docusign. Is there any alternative ways to help me get full access into DocuSign?  There's time sensitive adjustments that needs to be made for the Salesforce organization, but we're all blocked from making any changes.  Thank you for your time,Sheereen
