Screen shakes

Question

When I am on the screen where I can input text or add signatures, my screen is constantly “shaking”. It gets larger, then shrinks, and I cannot keep the cursor on the corners of a text box because the outline of the box is constantly moving. Besides this, it is a trip on my eyes. Feels like my eyes are shaking. Any suggestions?

@Heidi MossI have not experienced any of these screen shales specific to DocuSign. Is this the only application you see this shaking issue? I typically start with trying another browser or verifying the browser I use is supported and up to date in the version as well as clearing browser cache and history. If using multiple computer screens it might be wise to unhook the other screens for testing to see if somehow there is screen overlap that could cause the screen to resize.
