Unable to sign my own document

Hello, My colleague is unable to immediately sign his own DocuSigns when he adds himself as the 1st recipient.He is able to click “Sign Now” as seen in screenshot 1.But does not have the signing box like I do as seen in screenshot 2.Could you please advise?

No warning when recipeint email is invalid or bounces

Hello - I remember years ago I would get a warning from DocuSign if an envelope was sent to a recipient and their email address was invalid or bounced for one reason or another.  I am no longer getting those warning notifications/email warnings and I can’t find the setting to see if it’s something that got inadvertently turned off or not. I need to know if I send an envelope that one of the receipents is not getting the document so I can fix the email address, but I can’t seem to figure out why I am no longer getting the warnings and how to fix it so that I do. Can someone please point me in the direction to fix this? Thank you for your assistance!

I purchased a membership with TECH SOUP and now my account is locked due to an account balance cant request customer support because of the balance and now I am stuck in a never ending loop any advice

One user keeps getting an error message

I have 1 user that continues to get the message below. He’s stated if he keeps trying it will eventually let him sign. Anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? There was an unexpected faultOur system was unable to complete your signature Thanks

Envelope not received

Hello,Since a couple of days, none envelope are received despite of sent status in docusign.I have two accounts, one for tests and one currently used in production. The test one is the one that does not work anymore. I did not notice any change in the way we integrate docusign in our back-end. We’re just editing document and then send the base 64 encoded bytes to docusign. The envelope Id is well received, even the logs in developer consol panel show OK status but no mail is sent.  Can you please help me solve this issue ?  Regards

Can I change the signature once I clicked "adopt and sign" button?

Hi, I’ve received a document to sign and realized I have made a typo in the signature after clicking the “adopt and sign button”. However, I realized I could not edit the signature even though I haven’t submit it.May I know is it possible to edit the signature again?Thank you.

Something went wrong with the invitation

I received a document to sign, when I click on review, i get asked to “Activate Account”. When i try to activate, i get this error= If I just terminate my account, and then click on “Review Document”, I still get exactly the same error.Thanks for any help!

Remove double billed subscription

I signed up for DocuSign and after a day of using, received an email from DocuSign stating that I had violated their Terms and Conditions. I had merely sent a file for signature.  4 days later I was not able to use DocuSign and called Sales.  The sales rep told me my account had been closed, and my credit card would be refunded.  He said I had to sign up again and provided a promo code, which was a nice gesture.  Well, my credit card statement came in and there are 2 charges, 6 days apart. How do I speak to someone or email a live person for response?  So far, this has not been a great intro to DocuSign :(

How do you get support to get a login when you are required to login to open a case?

I have tried clearing out my entire history and cache on multiple browsers and devices.  I have reset my password 4 times.  I have tried to call the support (which apparently can’t even help with login issues) and can’t get a person.  How are we supposed to access documents if we can’t login and have no way to obtain support from Docusign?

Need to have four different people sign an agreement- not sure how to make this happen

I am brand new to docusign and have a contract I have been trying to get signed.  There are 4 parties (3 are buyers and one countersigner on our end). When I have tried to set up I put three signature lines on the agreement but when each person tries to sign at signature it fills in all signature spots.I dont know how to make this happen and  client is getting upset I keep messing up.

Sharing templates among accounts

Hi Docusign community, The company I work for has a Docusign organization with a couple of accounts linked to it. I would like to know if I could share a template among different accounts in this same organization, so I do not need to have the same template in different accounts. Thanks in advance

Advanced DocGen envelope trial exceeded limit error message with shared templates

Hi,My colleagues and I share an eSignature Business Pro Edition - Envelope Subs plan. We send a relatively small amount of envelope per month. I have prepared some templates using the Word addin Docusign Template Assistant and I shared them with my colleagues through Docusign. These templates use conditional formulas and custom fillable fields. Whenever my colleagues try to send an envelope using these shared templates, they receive the following error message:Advanced DocGen envelope trial exceeded limit Since we all use the eSignature Business Pro Edition - Envelope Subs plan and none of us have a trial version of Docusign, why do we receive this error message? I do not have this error message when I use these templates on my account, and I was able to send envelope successfully. It’s only when a colleague is using them through the Shared with Me section that the error message occurs. How could we use these Shared Templates without having the error message? Thank you and have a nice

“Unable to create the envelope.” - can't move past this.

 “Unable to create the envelope.”I’ve tried everything. I’ve cleared my cache, tried multiple browsers, I’ve even duplicated the templates, changed my password, tried to create a new template (even blank), but the thing is, I can’t even ‘create’ a new template. I get the same error “Unable to create the envelope.”I’m completely stuck, and i’ve got clients waiting!

Updating Payment Source

 I’ve been trying to update the payment source info. I have tried to update and pay pal and 3 different cards, and it keeps declining. These cards I use every day and have no issue elsewhere. I cannot seem to open a ticket. I need to speak to a live person. This is a big inconvenience.

IAM Professional Account not working -- Moving to a different platform

I signed up for an IAM professional account thinking I would be allowed unlimited envelope sends and power form responses. I paid for this subscription due to this feature but it’s now not working and Docusign isn’t allowing me to open up a case with support. Any support would be greatly appreciated. My job requires a lot of envelope sends and signatures and if I can’t solve this problem I will go to another platform. Thank you! ERROR MESSAGES: I keep reaching the envelope limit with this error: The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded. And when I try to submit a power form response there’s this error message: Unable to load PowerForm signing process. Error: An error has occurred.

Contradictory Language Instructions

Can someone explain why I received a contradictory language that states “All parties have completed Please DocuSign: RNA Dispute Resolution Program CE - JR. We have received a request from you to resend the document for signing. Please see below and review when you have a moment.”The instructions state on one hand - “all parties have completed;” and on the other hand, it states, “please DocuSign;” and then states, “we have received a request from you to resend the document for signing.”

Docusign correct

On a document with multiple signers, someone accidentally signed the document twice (overlapping the signatures) can I just get them to sign the document again using correct without alerting other members of a change and also not having to get them to resign - they were all signing the one document (not signing order) or different documents. Thanks

Potential Fraud

Docusign  Why have you made it so difficult to report fraud. I have had to sign up to an account and now am forced here.  After signing up to an account I find I can’t delete the account.   Please provide a support phone number that I can call to resolve what appears a fraud attempt.  Thank you

Unable to upload envelope for signature

I have the DocuSign extension for both Chrome and Edge. However, when I log into DocuSign, I do not have the field/prompt/"Start" button to upload a document. How do I fix this? It seems i dont have access to upload documents can you please check on priority basis?

Need to sign options are limited

I would like to use Specify Recipients in the Needs to Sign menu but it is not currently an option. There are only 3 options - needs to sign, in person signing and cc. Please help. Thanks

I need checkboxes for all recipients

I am new to Docusign although I’ve used it for years I have never created a legal document only signed them.  I created a document with many checkboxes it took quite a bit of time.  There are many recipients.  I was previewing the document before sending and realized that only the first recipient had the checkboxes that took so long to insert.  I assumed I was creating a document for all recipients.  I read that I can go into the admin section and select “When an envelope is sent, write the initial value of the field for all recipients" which applies the checkboxes to all senders.  But when I go back to preview, I do not see them in all but only the first.  Will Docusign apply this to all when sending or have I done something wrong.  I cannot believe that the only way to accomplish this is to create a contract for each recipient.  PLEASE help!  Thanks in advance!

Name Still Displaying Incorrectly in Signing Message Window

Hi DocuSign Support,I’m reaching out because my account is still showing my old last name in certain places, even after I’ve updated all visible profile settings.I’ve taken the following steps: Updated my Full Name in profile settings (under the top right profile icon) Updated my Signature Profile name Despite these updates, my old name is still appearing in the personal message window to the signer — specifically, the message displays for example like this:"Anna Smith" "Anna Johnson"I’m unsure where this legacy name is being pulled from, and would appreciate your help in correcting it globally across my account so that only my updated name is used in all communications and signing flows.Please let me know if anything else needs to be changed manually on your end or if I need to reconfigure any specific fields.Thank you!

I uploaded a contract, added signatories and signing order and sent to recipients but it doesn’t appear they are receiving a version to e-sign. How do I verify it was done properly? Trial version.
