I am getting below error while updating the brand details

Brands could not be created. Unable to upload brand 056e7864-72be-4c7e-aa84-597043e66251.xml, error: This Account lacks sufficient permissions. The account plan item 'AllowResourceFileBranding' is set to false for this account for post brands
