Good Afternoon,

Does anyone know if you get charged for ‘Delivery Failure” envelopes and “Voided” envelopes or does it go directly by your contract?

Thank you!

@alyssarinaldo

If your DocuSign contract is based on envelope usage, you will be charged for every envelope sent; even if the envelope is later voided.
If there's an issue after an envelope is sent, you can use the Correct feature to update and resend it, ensuring proper delivery.

Thank you for your response! What about “Delivery Failure”?

@alyssarinaldo

“Delivery Failure” is also considered a Sent envelope.   You should have some information on the envelope on why the delivery failed; usually wrong email address.   You should be able to correct it.

Makes sense, thank you for your help!
