I’ve tried to get docusign support several times. Even though I’m logged in on window one, the support page opens in a new window and I’m not logged in there and it won’t let me log in.
I wanted to cancel my account today but they charged me before I could get to it. Have I any hope of a refund? I can’t even contact anyone to ask.
It’s really a horrible site for support and I would use something different the next time I need something signed.
