Did you change the DocuSign Admin signing setting? you can go to Admin Console, then Signing Settings, change the DocuSign Frame to "do not add frame", under the Signature section and save.

	 Hello, I’m not able to remove the frame even though I saved the setting multiple times in Admin. Any idea?

From what I understand, you are the Administrator and are unable to remove the Signature frame despite enabling "Do not add frame" and saving multiple times. We apologize for the hassle, and we are here to help you move forward.
