expired link HELP HELP!!!!!!!

i was sent a doc to sign  ,I signned it now the link expired  is there any way to pull that doc back up  again please anyone that can help me get my doc pulled up  HELP HELP!!!!!!

If you did not have an account when the document was signed you can request that the original sender send you a new link.  

There used to be a link in the ‘expired’ message for you to request a new link, not sure if that is still true.

 

If you did have an account before the document was signed, the document would be saved to your account. NOTE: opening an account AFTER the document was signed will not make the document appear. Accounts are not retroactive.

yes still  not able to pull my doc up  said the sender voided out  i was hoping  i could still pull it from somewhere because i did sign it with doc u sign

Could you let me know if you received a notification that the envelope has been voided? If yes, there should be a link where you can access the envelope with the watermark “voided” on it.
