I have sent out a document for multiple persons to sign, with a weekly reminder.My question is, for those who have signed the document, will they still receive a reminder or not? I feel I don’t need to keep bothering them once they have signed the document.Any clue?Thanks!RegardsTuochuan

Hello all,  I have created a custom Permission Profile that only allows the user to Send Envelopes using one Custom Template. This Custom Template is locked down so that only the user can enter the Name + E,mail address.  However, once the user has send the Envelope, they can then go into Manage > Sent Items > Find the Envelope > Cick on More and select “Correct”. This allows the user to edit the form, such as remove validations or constraints. Is there anyway I can disable this function? Thanks,Mo

Is there a feature available to include image uploads during the signing process? We've examined both the Drawing Field and Attachment Field, but each presents certain limitations for the specific use case we're addressing.Allow me to elaborate on the use case. Parents are required to complete an application form as part of enrolling their children in school. Within this application form, they need to upload a photo of the student. Presently, we're utilizing the drawing field, but it's causing confusion for parents as it displays Draw and then upload a background image in the bottom. While there's an option to upload an image, we've also experimented with the attachment field. However, it proves inadequate as it doesn't seamlessly merge the image into the document at the designated position for upload and converts the image into a PDF format.

I purchased the Standard subscription with one user. I am not the one needing to use the product. How do Iadd the user or do I change the seat? 

Hello, I work for a university that requires an offer letter be sent out once a year to all student employees. The bulk send option has been a godsend because there are really only 2 different documents I need to send out. My question is there a way to have it so in the student’s name (usually signer 2) auto populates on the document so when they receive it the beginning starts with Dear “Student’s Name,”? I usually have the first signer be the supervisor so if I put the name field in at the beginning it’s blank when the first signer gets it.  Similarly, is there something I can include in the Email Subject line that pulls a specific signers name, not just the recipient's name? I know to use [[Data:RecipientName]] in the subject but is there something similar to that but it would be like [[Data:Role2Name]] Thanks for your help!Jamie Lyons

Hello, i have been using Docusign for the past 4 years, and this is the first time that i face issue in adding a new user. I have removed 2 users so i replace them with 1 new but i cant find the add user button anymore. Any clue about whats going on?

Why are there not standard fields for basic things like address, phone number etc? Also, when creating a template, why do i have to add recipients info rather than just being able to use the template generally for the future? For example, I’m building a template for a new employee package, why can’t i have it set up to just plug in a new employees name? I’m not new to tech but i’m new to docusign and i find it very awkward to learn...help?

Hi, my question is about the frame around DocuSign signature, being in June 2020, meaning approx. 4 years ago. Was it with the DocuSign-Signature with a speficic ID, or was it just simple signature without any frame around. This is for a certificate, which I believe is wrong, as the signature is not sourrounded by the specific Docu-Sign-label.Thanks, this is important, as the validity of the contract would be different for sure.

Hey,I’m trying to look for a way to filter envelopes according to the custom fields (and not the envelope’s subject etc.). I can’t seem to find a way to do that.Even when I add the “Include envelope custom fields” - it doesn’t seem to find envelopes that I know for sure were supposed to pop out.Can you please assist?

I sent my envelopes out to 2 signers.  I never received a notification from Docusign.  I did not receive an envelope myself, as the sender.  Very confusing.

I am an administrator, however, someone I work with is a “Sender.” This person changed her name recently and needs to changer her signature, however, when she goes into her profile, the menu on the left side of the screen is not visible. This menu is where the Signature Tab is located. Do you know why she can’t see the menu?

how can i unvoid a document. I sent 3 documents and all of them had almost all signatures but the expiration date voided the document and I just need to print the document with the signatures that were already there.

HiI have a document that needs to be signed by 5 parties. This is no problem and I know how to do this part.However, after those 5 parties have signed, I need the signed document to be send to me and another recipient (not signatory). Is this possible?Many thanks,Curious
