Hello, I'd like to send bulk envelopes using shared access. But when I log in and try to send envelopes, I'm not given the option to send bulk envelopes.

I only use Docisign about six times a year for real estate sales or contractor contracts.  I used docusign on 11/07/2024 for a roof contractor.  When I sign on to docusign, I see my documents for the last six months, but 11/07/2024 occurred nine months ago, and does not show up.  I do have the document alphanumeric code of that document.  Can I recover the 11/07/2024 document?  If so, how?

I’m trying to complete a transaction in France, but Docusign’s IDNOW will not verify my identity.  I’m using my US Passport (the new version received in 2023). I’ve taken numerous photos in various angles and lighting and have also made multiple scans to try to complete the process, but Docusign always indicates to either use a different document for identification or get a clearer image. My spouse was having the same problem, but he is lucky to be in a unique situation where he has the new US passport, but his old US passport is still valid until August.  He was having the same problem over and over just as I am, but then he tried his old passport, and Docusign accepted it immediately.  It seems like the company Docusign is partnering with in France to verify identity is not able to accept the more recent version of the US passport.  That is just my guess considering my situation.   Can anyone help with this situation?  Has anyone else heard of individuals not

Hi everyone,I’m hoping someone can shed light on an issue we’re facing with DocuSign. When sending a direct debit mandate for a limited company, the signature field is automatically pre-populating with the company name (e.g., “Test Limited”) based on the bank details keyed in by the intermediary. Ideally, this field should remain blank so the individual signing (e.g., “Mr Joe Bloggs”) can manually enter their name.While I understand the signer can overtype the pre-filled name, this relies on them noticing the issue—which isn’t always guaranteed. I’ve raised a support ticket with DocuSign and was told this behavior can’t be disabled, but it seems odd that there’s no way to prevent auto-population on just this document.Has anyone found a workaround or setting that stops this from happening? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!

Is there any way to print or preview a draft envelope to send to a client for verification? For example, we use draft envelopes to start filling out a contract but want to occasionally send them a preview of their cost sheet for verification or modifications before we send the final contact to sign. Is there any way I can set up something to do this? 

I have sent out a bulk envelope with a template I created with multiple data labels. One of the “cc” recipients on 40 or so of the bulk send now has requested permission to fill in text fields for her boss. I am not sure how to modify the envelope to allow her to fill in the text portions of the documents. Any ideas?

Hello, as I mention in my other post, I’ve been asked to automatically generate a weekly envelope status report. I have this working now, albeit without the custom fields; however, DocuSign wraps the Excel file within a ZIP file. Is there any way to configure DocuSign so that the report is sent as an Excel file? (XLSX or CSV is fine)As always, thank you! Salvador

When creating templates having the ability to “Ctl S” to save as you are going along creating instead of having to exit the template will save a enormous amount of time and frustration to your clients. I thought the “Ctl S” worked when I was creating a multipage template to come to find out that I lost most of the work - my bad.I thought DocuSign was developed to work with that standard of saving documents like every other program I’ve worked with. 

Is there any way to apply my own signature to my own document that is larger than 25MB?  Can I access my document from my desktop and apply my signature?

I’ve noticed problems with the way that corrections are treated in docusign.   I’ve noticed this on both sides of the process actually;  both as a signer and the creator of a contract.  When a document is corrected it is not being resent to the recipients regardless of whether or not they have already signed.   In researching the issue it seems that docusign is not supposed to resend to someone who is only set to “receive a copy” which seems silly to me.  Our agreements are with the end user of our product and the general contractor sometimes doesn’t need to sign but they are not receiving an updated copy of the contract which is a problem for us.   Wondering if others experience is the same and how it is being dealt with.  thank you ! 

How can I drag & drop the signature boxes with more accuracy on an iPad. It's not as easily done as on the computer & I have to delete and start over every time. Really aggravating.

I want to create a fixed text custom field that can optionally be placed in an envelope by the sender and can be visible to all recipientsThe Fixed text is APPROVED AS TO FORM:SANTA CLARA CITY ATTORNEY”S OFFICE I create the field as read only, with a fixed length but I get a box surrounding the text and it wraps around even though I lengthen the field on the document. How do I remove the box outline and stop the field from wrapping.  I have also tried creating 2 custom fields one for each line but I get the same behavior.    

Hi,I have a form where the technician will first complete their section, entering values related to labor costs. After that, the parts department will fill out the pricing for parts. Finally, the manager will review the form and add any additional information.In the manager section, there’s a field that needs to automatically calculate a value based on one input from the technician and one from the parts department. However, when I try to create the formula, those earlier fields don’t appear as available options likely because they were filled out by previous users in the workflow.How can I set this up so that the calculation field in the manager section can access and use values entered earlier by the technician and parts department?

I have been using DocuSign for my editing contracts for over 1+ years. Most times I send my contracts while at my computer, but I am frequently on the go and sometimes need a mobile solution. I use templates for my editing contracts, but it seems like the templates do not work on the iOS app. Why is this not a feature in the app?  How do other in similar situations overcome the challenges of this lacking feature in the app?

Looking to set-up Share Access for the team where the majority of envelopes can be shared.  However there are few envelopes that we would like to mark as private.  Is it possible to have both Share Access across users and also specially designate private envelopes?

Is there an ability to send a document for signature but only the sender gets the signed copy. There are numerous cases (particularly with 3+ signatory documents) where it is not appropriate for individual signatories to get the fully-signed document. This should be a setting but does not currently seem possible and requires such an agreement to be individually sent to each signatory.

Hi! I work at a bank and we are looking at adding signature pads in our personal banker offices so customers can sign in person. Does anyone have any recommendations of what you are using? Our compliance team said it was important that the customer can see and read the documents before signing. What are you all doing? I am looking for all tips and tricks! :-)Thanks,Kim

Not able to view/open documents, after documents signed by user. receiving error- which states- The link has been expired. The templates/envelope have expire date of more than 100 days.any idea why this issue has been occured.

There has to be a law in Canada that you need to be able to contact billing for any company.  I have charges on my account that should not be there and cannot start a ticket or contact support. Definately putting in a complaint.  How can this actually be in this day and age? 

One of my colleague has wrongly used Specify recipient feature, where she initiated correction for her envelope and removed her name as Specify recipient and changed the specified recipient Name and Email Address manually, instead of clicking Manage and filling up the specified recipient name and email address. Doing so, the specified recipient has received multiple email notifications “Corrected : xxxxx envelope name, As a result, you no longer have access.”The recipient had been receiving the same emails every 30 minutes! How do i stop this notification emails sent out to them? How to reproduce :Create new envelope :1st Recipient - needs to sign (Role, Name, Email address filled in) 2nd Recipient - needs to sign (Role, Name, Email address filled in) 3rd Recipient - Specify Recipients (Role, Name, Email address filled in) - herself 4th Recipient - Specified Recipient (Role filled in)After the 1st and 2n

I have used docusign for years with no issues. A few days ago I sent an envelope to two people and only one received it. I tried several times and it didn’t go through to the second party. I tried his secondary email address and it didn’t go through either. I have sent these 2 multiple envelopes in the past month and all worked properly. I ended up having to drive out of town for his signature. Approx 8 hours later they all went through in the early hours the next day. I tried to register a complaint with docusign but their support network is a joke. No phone number unless you want to subscribe which is convenient. I tried to go through customer support but it wouldn’t accept my login even though it’s the same as the regular one. This was a terrible experience and zero support. Get a phone number and start working for your customers!!!! 

I received a DocuSign request on Friday, 7/11. I never signed it. On Saturday, 7/12, I got an email that the document had been completed (again: I never signed it). How can I contest this?
