I need to configure below:
The download option is disabled while recipients are reviewing and signing the document, and
The download option is available once the document is completed (via the completion email or DocuSign portal).
I used the following configuration as per the attached signing resource file guide
<data name="DocuSign_SigningAllowDownload">false</data>
<data name="DocuSignComplete_AllowDownload">true</data>
With this setup, the download option is correctly disabled during signing, but I still cannot see the download option after the envelope is completed.
Could you please suggest the correct way to achieve this behavior?
