Duplicate reports being sent out despite scheduled once per week

We started seeing duplicate reports sent out starting last Friday and repeating this Friday, despite this report has been running for over one year with no problems. I thought it was a one-time quirk, so I did not mention this.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
