Need to supress envelop delivery to certain recipient roles

Question

We are supporting a Human Resources process.  The routing includes the employee (signature), department head (signature), HR officer (signature) and a labor relations officer (delayed signature).  In a perfect world, only the employee and the HR officer would receive a completed copy of the envelope, as the others should not be retaining a copy.  Is there any way to design a template in ESignature to do that?

Hello ​@kkstephens,Thanks for reaching out to the Docusign Community -- great to have you here!Currently, thereis no option to prevent recipients from receiving a copy of the envelope. You can edit the Delivery Settings in the signing settings to remove the option to include the completed document in the completion email, but if the recipient has an account, they can get a copy or access the link to sign and download a copy from there.Article:Envelope DeliveryI hope this helps clarify things!
