Hello @Adrienne Connolly-Poe
Thank you for reaching out, and welcome to the Docusign Community! We appreciate your question and assure you that we are fully committed to providing you with the best service possible.
- At this time, our interface does not display which administrator created a specific Agreement Rule. However, this information can be identified through your account’s Audit Logs. If your account has Audit Logs enabled, an administrator can review these records to see who created or modified the rule, including the user’s name, email address, and the change date. See the article Agreement Rules Logs.
- Closing or deactivating a user’s profile in your account does not impact existing Agreement Rules that the user previously created. Once an Agreement Rule is enabled, it remains active and functions as configured, even if the creator’s account is later closed or removed from the organization.
