Change signature in completed document

Hi, I was invited to sign a document. I had no account at that moment. Accidentally I chose a custom signature. I couldn't change it since I wasn't registered. I finished the document, signed up, changed my signature and initials and now I can't enter the document to use my changed signature and initials. The document is still waiting for three other people to sign. How can I re-sign the document with my new signature? Thanks.

Can I pass radio button values and checkbox values through a URL using Powerforms?

Can I pass a radio button value and checkbox values through a URL using Powerforms in DocuSign? These values would come directly from an application, and I wish to have them auto populate along with the other information from my website.  Fortunately I have found a way to autopopulate everythig except my radio buttons and radio buttons.The plan is to have whatever values are associated with the clicked or selected check boxes and radio buttons appear in a bcustome text field in my template. I am not sure how to do this. I saw that you add to the URL witht he role and custome tag, but what would go int he value portion if i do not know ahead of time what the user will choose or who the user even is.    powerformURl&role_custometag=Value I would appreciate the help. I am also aware you can use the API, but you cannot combine API with the Powerform. thanks in advance for the help

Embed Docusign Document for Signature in Webpage

We are looking to embed a DocuSign offer letter into a webpage experience. Do we are going to send candidates a unique URL that takes them to a welcome experience and we need to embed the DocuSign document specific to their offer on a webpage. Has anyone done a unique DocuSign like this?

PDF: Acrobat Document Properties > Security / Restrictions: how to allow "Document Assembly"

When a document (e.g. Word) gets signed a PDF is automatically generated. In Acrobat under "Document Properties > Security" I noticed that "Document Assemly" is set to "Not Allowed". Is it possible to configure docuSign so that Document Assembly is allowed? Background: a downstream application (publishing system) can only process PDFs where Document Assembly is allowed.Thanks,

Add Information to Completed Document

I am the DocuSign Administrator. One of the individuals who completed and signed a now fully executed document neglected to add text information on one line. As the administrator can I edit this document to add the information? I don't seem to find a way to do so. Thank you.

Notification of one person signing when multiple signers required

Hi, do you know if its possible to get notified when say one person signs when there are 3 people required to sign? At present we will get an email once all signers have signed the documents. Can you find out as soon as each person has or it has to wait for all 3 to sign before we get notified?

Change Text Name on signature

Can you advise if an Administrator can change the Text name of the person receiving and signing the document? For example: change the first name from Bob to Robert. Can the admin. for DocuSign update the first name or does the person receiving the document to sign have to update their name. Thank you

Add completion date as a field/tab

Hi, I regard my contract as entered on the date the last person signed the contract. I would like to have this date in my documents. I guess it's the same as the completion date. How can I include a "dynamic" completion date field/tab in my document? I don't want to add dates for each signature, just 1 date for completion (i.e. last signature).

Missing fields

When I create a document and fill out all the information and then complete and send it to be signed all the information I entered is gone or part of the information is missing?  When I go back and preview it the info is there but after I email it it is all gone.

How to "Review Documents" instead of sign?

The instructions I was given included this: NOTE: When you are prompted to sign the document, please click "Review Documents" and NOT "Sign on paper". "Review Documents" allows us to collect the documents electronically rather than by fax. But as far as I can tell the only thing I can do with the document is to sign it.  Any idea what I'm supposed to do? I'm using the web app in Chrome.  The specific sub-domain is na2.docusign.net (NOTE: I've been unable to get hold of the person who gave me the above instructions, so I can't ask for any clarification).

Adding Formulas to documents

Hi, we are looking to adopt DocuSign in our finance teams but many of the documents that we currently use are in Excel with pre-populated formulas. We can see that there is a formula button but can't work out how to add a formula. I'd really appreciate some advice from someone who has experience of this, please? Many thanks in advance

Will changing a template that has previously been combined with other templates and saved as a new template have any affect on the new template?

Myt use: I upload documents, create templates, and then share those templates with my team who, ultimately, sends them out to signers for signatures. My team has two types of signers that they send documents to: "Type A" & "Type B" signers. I created a template for a very long and complex document, "Template 1" that both Type A & Type B signers must receive. However, in addition to Template 1, Type B signers must also receive another document which I have already created a template for: "Template 2." Simply, Type A=1 and Type B=1+2.  To ensure that Type B signers always receive 1 & 2, and rather than having my team individually add each of the templates to a new envelope, I was going to create a new envelope, add Template 1 & Template 2 to that envelope, and then save that envelope as a new template called, "Template 3." Save all completed docs to google drive

Can't seem to figure this out. I'd like any doc we send out to auto-save to our google drive. I've linked our google drive account to docusign, and I've found that there should be some way to change file save location and file name before you send a doc, but when I go to use a template I don't get any of those options. I'd love to set it up so that any doc marked completed will save to drive. If there's no way to do that, is there a way to export completed docs to google drive from the completed docs section of the inbox?

IDR Zone Setup

Does anyone have a good document that explains the IDR Zone in Template setup?  I'm trying to use it but with little success.  I used a Word document (named PSA) to create a template.  The PSA Word document has a footer in it with the document name, which is static.  On the PSA template, I used the IDR zone to select this footer information for matching.  To test this, I go to send an envelope and add documents to the envelope.  I upload the same PSA Word document I used to create the PSA template.  With the IDR zone set on the footer document name, I don't get any matches.  If I remove the IDR zone ompletely (so that matching defaults to the first 25 words and last 25 words) and upload the same PSA Word document again, I get the matching templates selection screen.  I've tried putting the IDR zone on other parts of the template, again do send an envelope and upload that same PSA Word document, and it fails to match a template.  The only time it works is when there's no

Edit Verbiage on DS generated notification email regarding access code

Currently the failed notification email that gets sent out to the receiver when the access code has been entered invalid more than 3 times has verbiage on the bottom that is generated by DocuSign and includes an "envelope ID" number that the member can use to enter into a DocuSign account (if the member is already signed up for one". Along with this email notification, we have included our orgs own verbiage stating the requirements of the access code however our members are thinking that the "envelope ID" number shown on the bottom of the email is the access code. Is there a way that the verbiage can be modified?

Is it Possible to Remove Markup history on Completed Email?

All, One of our users noticed the "Markup History" on the bottom of one of their completed emails while testing. It is believed that this will confuse the users, if they see it in the email. Is there a way that this can be removed from the emails? I searched the Signing and Email resource files in their brand for "Markup History", but came up with nothing. Thanks in advance!!

Recipient Photo Attachments - Exclude Envelope ID

Hello. Along with the completed DocuSign info/signature, I am attempting to collect a photo.  I know how to add the attachment field but the issue I am having is that the photo attachment is returned with the Docusign Envelope ID inserted along the top.  This makes the photo unusable for our company.  Is it possible to prevent the Envelope ID from being added to photo attachments?
