Fields not working

I have created a few templates.  Today I tried creating one and none of the fields are usable.  I try to drag Company onto the document and it has a red circle with a slash--same with all fields.  Why is it doing this?

Have you tried the below troubleshooting:

 

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device

 

Would it be possible for you to provide an screenshot of the issue?
