Is there a way to limit the amount of envelopes for a specific user? Business account. The person works for another dept. and we do not want them to exceed more than a certain amount for the rest of the year.

No, it is not possible to limit the amount of envelopes for a specific user or a group. The allowance is on an account level only and cannot be broken further down.

You could set up a report to monitor the usage of the user and reach out to him, when he uses too much?
