Does the email on DocuSign affect the syncing of accomplished document? Scenario - I have send the DocuSign to the email on file, but then they resend the file to a different email address and signed, will it sync to the DocuSign as completed?

I have been the recipient of several contracts from a company we do business with. Previously, I have been able to log in and review the contracts, now they have all disappeared. These are extrememly important, but I cannot contact DocuSign, as I was not the sender, and the sender will not assist. How can I retrieve the signed documents?

How do I Correct a recipients' address? 

I received a notice my acct was to be cancelled due to incorrect cc info. I logged in wanting to cancel. It somehow charged a new cc acct?I want to cancel as I do not use the service. Please adviseThanks Dana

Hello! I am sending a doc to 3 recipients that all have different fields to sign.  I have added the recipients, they all show in the top left drop down with a separate color, and I have selected the fields in their respective colors.  However, when I click Send it says that two of the recipients (yellow and blue) don’t have fields selected, and when I select either of those from the drop box it doesn’t show their respective fields, it just shows the purple recipients even though the checkmark is by their name.  I’m sure this is something simple, I’ve read all the help articles, and don’t see an “edit” option next to the recipients.  Do these have to be sent as 3 separate envelopes? (if so, why does it give the option to add multiple recipients in the one envelope)?This is my first time sending one, and I was cruising along great until this.  Any help would be appreciated!

I am trying to make tabs autoplace themselves based on some anchor text as per the documentation. I added the anchor text in white in the pdf (so as not be visible to the users) and then created a template with it. But whenever I try to drop a custom field with the matching autoplace text, it tells me “No instances of "x" were found.”. I have also tried adding standard fields with autoplace option set up the same way. No luck. Any help would be appreciated.For context, I am testing this so I can use it in a power automate flow where after a user responds to a Microsoft form, it create an envelope and adds a recipient based on the form responses. Then I want to add tabs for this recipients in the correct locations based on the related anchor strings. Then send the envelope. Thanks!

I am now analyzing our use cases: It seems we should be able to utilize OneDrive for our Document store implementation. It will allow us to use document reference instead of physical document. My question is if limit of 25MB documents is applied in this case too (as you’ll have to reach-out to OneDrive to show configurator where to place signatures etc. or to signee what he’s subscribing)? How it works internally if I reference PDF with size of 100 MB? Would it be problem? Occurrence of documents > 25 MB is quite rare, but I’d like to be ready for those exceptions.

Hi  For your standard and business pro plans it states 100 envelopes per year per user for up to 50 users.  If you have only one user why can they not be allocated the total envelopes in the plan, i.e 5000.Seems a bit odd and restrictive for small businessesRegardsPaul

I am trying to edit the legal discosure adding a the email address and other information into the brackets in the fields in the HTML text. But as far as I try, there’s no way to see the added information in the summary.Please, any suggestions?Thanks,Mariella there’s an update to this. I managed to update the HTML text but I would like it to show without the double square brackets. Would this be possible? Before my amendments the brackets didn’t show in the summary.Any ideas how they can be deleted and the text still be visible?Thanks,Mariella

I am attempting to add a second document for signing to an envelope. I made a template for this second document that has all the fields I need. I add this document and use Choose Template from the Upload drop-down menu. But when I add it, it just gives me the original blank pdf, with no fields. Where did they go? What am I doing wrong?

Hello all, What workaround do you use with signature pages? I have users who need just a signature page and plan to merge it with the main document later. This requires the DocuSign to be broken which technically voids the document/signature. This is a constant occurrence that happens, and I am not sure how to advise when this is a constant use case. They want it eSigned first to get signatures. 

I need to docusign a document. I need to use my signature but another persons signature drops down. How do I create my own signature so I can be the signer?

Is there a way to pull up all the documents ever sent to your email from Docusign? The document isn’t showing and it was 4 years ago.

I have created an envelope and I wanted to add the signature prompts for my recipients. However, will Ipull up the draft, recipients do now show up.

I’m trying to include information in a template that I already know before sending it to the person I want to have sign it.  I’m not sure how to do this.  

When creating an envelope, is there a way to have all those that are labeled “receive a copy” to view the document before the signer? To clarify, I sent three envelopes that need to be viewed by everyone as well as the original signer. Please help. Thank you. 

I used to be able to send documents and then log into Docusign and sign all of the documents I sent out. Now I am unable to sign anything through my profile and I have to go to each individual email I get to be able to sign every document.This is time consuming, and would like to be able to again log into Docusign profile and sign all documents that I sent out to others. 

Is there any way to shrink the size of the signature box so that it is within the margin?
