Hi All,

Can you please let me know from where can I get the details for “OAuth URL”;  to show the Demo to the client regarding the esignature suing Docusign, as it is one of the ask for completing the setups in the Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud.

The DocuSign authentication service resides on a different domain than the eSignature API service. Calls to authentication service endpoints use the following base paths:

  • https://account-d.docusign.com for the development environment
  • https://account.docusign.com for all production environments

Thanks for the reply.

But still it does not work, after providing the URL for the Development Instance; as shown below:(it is in Oracle cloud - release 24A)

Also I fond that, under the connected App Oracle App is missing as shown below:

Can this be one of the reason it is not working. If So, can it be fixed from yours said, please update at the earliest if possible.

You are looking to integrate with DocuSign eSignature via API.

Which authentication method are you using? Authorization Code Grant?

Then the correct URL for OAuth token needs to be: https://account-d.docusign.com/oauth/token

You can follow the step-by-step instructions described to set up the authentication correctly for the different authentications methods as described in the link above..

Connected Apps are pre-build apps in DocuSign, that can be used out of the box and do not include Oracle. This is a totally different topic and not related to you trying to configure an integration from Oracle to DocuSign.

Hi Cristopher,

The solution is still not working, as I was not able to demo to the client. 

If possible can you you share or arrange for a demo with the client, else they are going to go with another digital signature solution ie “UAE PASS”.

Also if you can give some writeup how good it is wrt UAE PASS we will be able to go with Docusign.

 

One more thing, about the license cost. is it going to per signature or its volume based or Entity based.

both Supplier and Buyer have to take the license or only the buyer?

 

it will be really good if you can provide the celerity at the earliest.

To confirm, have you created a case with DocuSign Support regarding the demo issue?

 

About the price this is a list of the web plans that we have available https://ecom.docusign.com/plans-and-pricing/esignature, however, we offer an option to customize a pricing plan that scales to your business needs.

 

For the web plans the number of envelopes you can send for signature depends on your plan type.

 

eSignature Personal Our eSignature Personal Plan includes five (5) envelopes every month. Once an envelope is sent, it will count toward this allowance whether or not the envelope is signed or completed. You will be able to correct an envelope in flight prior to completion without having it count toward the plan allowance. Should you need more than five (5) envelopes per month, you can upgrade to a Standard or Business Pro plan that offers more envelopes and greater flexibility to customize your plan based on your needs.

 

eSignature Standard and Business Pro We believe that send volume (i.e., number of envelopes sent for signature) should not be a deciding factor in selecting your eSignature provider, and we understand that you may not know how many envelopes you’ll need to send for signature in your first year with DocuSign. Based on historical usage of our existing customer base, we know that 100 envelopes per user per year far exceeds the needs of most customers. Therefore, Standard and Business Pro annual plans include an allowance of up to 100 sent envelopes per user per year. Monthly plans include an allowance of up to 10 sent envelopes per user per month. Once an envelope is sent, it will count toward this allowance whether or not the envelope is signed or completed. You will be able to correct an envelope in flight before completion without having it count toward the plan allowance. The number of envelopes sent for signature using PowerForms or Bulk Send will also count toward this allowance. Should you need more envelopes than the allowance on your plan, you can purchase additional envelopes by logging in to your account and going to the Plans and Billing section of the Settings tab. There, you can purchase and start sending additional envelopes immediately. If you have any questions, our sales team can also help consult on the best plan to meet your needs.

Only the senders of the envelopes need a DocuSign plan, recipients of your documents do not need an account/plan to sign with DocuSign. Your document will be sent by email from dse@docusign.net and recipients can review the document, adopt a signature and complete the signing process without having a DocuSign account.
