Certificate of Completion Part 11 Compliance
Is the document still Part 11 compliant if it is missing the Certificate of Completion?
Is the document still Part 11 compliant if it is missing the Certificate of Completion?
Yes, the Certificate of Completion (CoC) is just an additional document the summarises important events. It is best practise to save and archive it alongside the signed documents and we recommend to do this.
However, any document signed with DocuSign eSignature is valid by itself and can be validated without the CoC, regardless if this is related to CFR Part 11 or not.
