My peers and I are responsible for processing more than 200 different invoices every month; we’ve finally started using Docusign for it. I think I figured out how to set up the routing template as it’s the same for all the documents. What i need help figuring out is how to insert the text APPROVED FOR PAYMENT, along with two initial approval blocks with the DATE SIGNED underneath.For each of us, we will be the first approver, and our assigned Financial Specialist the second. EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH. Having to do that manually for each invoice is killing us .I’m sure there must be a way to “save” this signature block as a template and use it for each of the different invoices but we are so new to this process none of us has a clue.HELP!

What permissions does shared Access grant a user access to the shared account's reports? In other words, people who use a shared account will want to see its reports.

I have just downloaded the mobile app. I want to create a folder to include several templates to send to clients for signatures. Here are the directions for “Send from a Mobile Device” along with the problem I’m having. Please advise. Select the recipient's role (Needs to Sign (default), In-Person Signer, or Receives a Copy), and add the recipient's name and email address. Tap Save. Repeat to add

Hi all, I just have a quick question -  I have a template that requires the in-person signature for two parties to complete a certain associated process. Once each party has completed their relevant section, they are prompted with a ‘Request a copy’ box where they can enter an email account. Can this step be removed as I do not want the form sent to any external email accounts? The template is already pre-filled with the permitted email accounts. I have looked through the settings and can not see an option related to this? Thankyou! 

I have recently Bulk Sent multiple envelopes to hundreds of clients. Despite my best efforts to comb through the lists, a large number of them have unintentionally received duplicate signature requests. They have completed one envelope, but are receiving reminders to complete the duplicates. It would be incredibly helpful for me to find and void the duplicates if I could sort the Sent folder by Subject. However, there does not appear to be a way to change the way the list is sorted, only the option to search. I am dealing with nearly 700 individuals, so having to search for each name one at a time is not feasible. It is also not feasible to wait for each of them to reach out and complain about the duplicates before I can then search for their name and void them out. It would also be incredibly helpful if I could select multiple messages and void them all at once, but again, that does not appear to be an option. 

I need to send a document and I was asked to send it to Person A (who will not be signing) but give them the ability to reassign it to Persons B & C, who both need to sign.This isn’t something I’ve tried before, so I don’t know if it is even possible… Help!

I want to add a link to a document to multiple unrelated recipients, ideally they click on the link and get redirected to my DocuSign template where they can fill out and sign. Is that possible?   

Is there a way to insert multiple initials in different areas on a document without having to click on the INITIAL tab on the left hand side each time?

how can I view docusign envelopes that I have sent to clients that I have deleted or voided?  I am the sender of the envelopes and not the receiver.

Our company is new to DocuSign and we want to put our company application on DocuSign. How do you successfully put auto filler so that the applicant can complete the application.

Our docusigns are coming back without the ERDS as shown below but when I check our settings they are set to obtain ERDS. I can’t figure out why they’re not coming back correctly and would appreciate any insight on this.  Our settings:

I’ve created a template in DocuSign with multiple fields and data labels, to utilize the ability to export the data as a CSV file once completed. Is it possible to download a PDF of the template once the fields have been filled in?The use case would be to send a PDF copy of the template to a customer for review before sending it for signature.

Hi all, I work for a production company and we use Docusign for contracts and other confidential documents.  The Production Coordinator of one of our shows (freelance, so not a permanent employee of the company) has asked if she can use our account.  We have a spare seat so we could add her easily, but I’m concerned that this would allow others to access all the documents in our library.  Does anyone know if it is possible to add a user to an account, setting it up so that that user will see only their own documents etc Many thanks, John

I need to change the signature template used in DocuSign - need the signature to be exactly the same graphics like in another hard copy signature document. Please update me what are the steps in order to change the signature template

I’m trying to make a template where I send the envelope to the client, and sometimes the client needs an additional contractor/client/boss to sign the document as well. I do not know who the extra contractor would be. Ideally, the client could optionally click a checkbox and then specify who to further send the document to (and the contractor would fill out their section) before returning it to me. If the checkbox is unchecked then the document would return to me like normal (with the contractor’s area blank). The main challenge I’m currently facing is that I don’t know who the optional contractor is. Is this idea/flow possible?

Do you have dedicated teams for your e-signature initiatives?  How many people are on your e signature team and working projects?  How many projects do you have going on at what time? 

Hi, I added 2 check boxes for people to click on and when the forms came back to me none of them were checked.  I’m wondering if I added them improperly because I can’t imagine everyone missed that step.  Any help with this issue? Thanks,Joyce

Hello, I was wondering. When we send an envelope to someone and add a CC to someone else. Is there a certain timeframe for the CC to view the document. Cause they seem not to be able to view it after a few days. How do you know how long you can view it for?  Thankful for any help or clarification! 

Hi, a signer has chosen to print and fax documents as I can see “fax pending” alongside their name in the list of signers. All signers have to sign electronically so will this particular signer be able to cancel the printing and faxing option he has chosen and then electronically sign instead? What’s the best way to deal with this/fix it? Thanks.
