Our Certificate ID numbers used to always default print on the top of the page, and since February 2024 they are not always there now. I see there is a way to click on advanced options when sending a document and checking a box saying you want it to print at the top of the page but is there a way to set it up to be default again?

Can a signer add on an additional signer and still stay a required signer?

I am an executive assistant and my boss is tired of people sending requests that do not have all of the required ‘tags’ inserted on the document for him to sign. I also need to confirm if everyone required to sign the form has been added. Therefore, I need to review the Signature Tags, Text Boxes and other required DocuSign tags and each recipient’s tags before any of the recipients receive the document to sign. Is this possible?

I have to send documents in English and some in French.  With the current corporate account, the only way to send a French Document is to go into My preferences, change default langauge from English to French and send the envelope.  The Envelope description is in French, ie “Complétez l’enveloppe avec DocuSign :” however EVERYTHING else displayed is in English:“Do Not Share This EmailThis email contains a secure link to DocuSign. I was under the impression that you are able to add an upload field to the powerform but I am unable to figure out how.  Can anyone confirm if it is indeed possible and if so, how do you do it?  

I have received a docusign document to digitally sign.I want to use the ‘Itsme’ app (QES) to sign the document.How can this be done?Does the creator of the document need buy this option? Or how does this work?thanks,Stefaan

is there a way to set a fixed height on all boxes added? Ideally, I’d like 12 to be fixed height. I set this to all custom fields that I created, but when I go to start a new document, the height on almost all custom fields resets to no value making the boxes taller than I’d like.

When Document Custom Fields are updated under Settings, are they automatically updated in the templates which are already using those document custom fields?

Hello,I'd like to be able to see the result of the bulk mailing before clicking on "Send".I need to make this check. When I click on "Preview" I don't see the completed fields and I can't see the envelope of each recipient (indicated in my CSV file). This control is necessary for mass mailings.Can you help me?Thank you

We have 4 user accounts for eSignature, paying $300 per year each. However we only seem to have 1 subscription seat and therefore only 100 envelopes between us. We have sent a total of 230 over the year, so we keep getting warning messages to add seats. But shouldn’t we automatically have 4 seats/400 envelopes if we’re paying $1200?I can’t work out how to add seats without paying more.Any help on this appreciated! 

Hi, I need to validate QES placed via DocuSign in an agreement, before signing by me. How can I check if the placed signature is the QES? I wanted to check it in Acrobat Reader but the program does not recognise neigher the issuer (wydawca) nor the subject (temat). How do I know if a signing person has used QES? 

Hello, I want to create a document that many people need to sign.  Only 1 person needs to sign the document.  I don’t want to have to enter everyone’s email address.   Can I just send a URL link to everyone I want to sign?

IS there any way to avoid the recipient form getting a “void” email or “was corrected” email?  believe it is not possible but want to check here. The client signed using wet signature but the DocuSign was still in process and was voided after the expiration date. There are a lot in process so they will receive more, can I prevent that?

Hallo guys, I have the personal plan (5 envelops per months). I used them all in March. Now it is April and I am trying to send an envelope but the sytem says that I have used all my envelops and that I have to integrate the plan..Do I miss anything? Thank sos much for your help!

Hi, I used Docusign to sign my tenancy agreement with the tenant and the witnesses. This was issued 2 months back and I just realised as one of the joint landlord (my spouse) has not signed the document in time. This has marked the whole document as void.Is there any way to reinstate the document? Am just worried if this is going to void my whole tenancy agreement with the tenant.Appreciate the advice from this community. Best, R

Hello- When I go to attach documents and choose Dropbox why does Docusign not have those files in alphabetical order as the appear in my Dropbox? It is extremely frustrating searching for the folder and then file I want to download to Docusign.

Hello,My boss received an envelope for his signature on DocuSign. When he opened the document, the document appeared to be “hidden” (you have to click on it, then the document will populate). The signature portion does appear below the document that is hidden. Does anybody know how this can be done if I want to have the same set up? Thank you!! 

Why doesn't DocuSign allow rolling over unused sends? I receive 5 per month and occasionally need to send a few more. Other months I may only use 1 or 2. It’s maddening to me that they don’t allow customers to roll them over. Or at least allow customers to bank up to a certain limit. The next tier plan is way more expensive and much more sends than needed.

My client keeps receiving the email all jumbled with links to the Docusign not the normal review page.  Has anyone ever had this issue and how do we correct it?  I have had him reboot his computer and close out of his email.  It looks fine on his phone but he wants to see if on a big screen.  Any advise is appreciated

I am trying to make check boxes in my powerform mandatory and cannot figure out how to do so. I need the signee to check either one or the other and not be able to sign without one of them being checked. A lot of people miss check boxes, but I need it checked for accounting purposes. Anyone know how to do this? 

I was able to add all of the fields to my document yesterday. But now I’m unable to add a number of different fields. There is a little lock sign next to field and its saying I need to upgrade my account. 

I am trying the "Copy with form data" but the attachment is not getting added in new envelop. What should I do?

Hello,I would like to send 4 documents to the same people. So I've added all 4 documents to the same action.I add the signature requests under the names without any problem for the 4 documents.However, a colored bookmark appears. But there's also a larger grey bookmark.Despite the 4 documents with the same number of signatures requested, sometimes the gray bookmark appears and so does a bookmark the color of one signature request. It’s not the same for the 4 documents and I don’t understand why.I don't know what it's for or what it means, and I don't want the recipients to be unable to sign.Thank you for your help !
