Highlighting on docusign

How can I highlight something in a document before sending on docusign to highlight an important message in the document.

There is no highlighting feature available in Docusign eSignature at this point in time. You could add a “note” field, which is like a sticky note, to the document to highlight something and draw the attention of the recipient to it. The note will only be visible during signing and not become a part of the final document, as if you had removed the sticky note.
