I have my Docusign account linked to another professional tool called ZipForm. I recently noticed that my files have not been transferred to Docusign. I cannot find them in drafts or sent. Even when I void them, they are not showing up. Seems like a major glitch that I cannot risk with my job.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I know the importance of having the ability to view your documents as needed. I understand that you link your DocuSign account with Zipforms but you are not seeing the envelopes in your DocuSign account.
Have you tried the below troubleshooting:
- Clear cache/cookies
- Try a different browser(s)
- Try an Incognito window
- Try a different device
- Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
- Try using VPN, or if on one already, disconnect from VPN and try again
Do you have DocuSign for Real State plan? if so, are you able to view the envelopes in Rooms?
