How do I change the email that I use to log into my account? I have tried through profile settings - it sends a verification code to the correct e-mail address, but when I enter the code an error message pops up. I have tried logging out but no luck,

I can’t change my email address on my docusign  account!   My company has changed the email address and the old one does not exist anymore and it is trying to send me a code to the old email address.
