Getting requests to sign a document that is not mine

I keep getting requests from docusign to sign a document that was not meant for me. I cannot decline to sign it since it asks for SMS verification that I am the correct person trying to sign the document. Does anyone have any advice for me to stop getting these notifications? I use docusign so I don’t want to report these emails as spam.

Create a Template along with docGenFormFields through Docusign UI

Hi, I see we have two options to create a template via the docusign UI. One is to create it manually following the steps and the other is by uploading a json to create template. When i create the template by following the steps manually from the UI, i am unable to attach the docGenFormFields similar to what i could do when i uploaded a json to create template. Is there a reason why i cannot add the fields to the template when i follow the manual path?

Failed to authorize with Signer Held Certificate / recognize Docusign PKI

Hi, for a while now we have troubles executing QES. In Chrome and Edge, the process fails after we put the PIN of the token with the error There was an unexpected fault.Firefox on the other hand is not even able to recognize PKI Software installed no matter what we do. Might be solved by manually importing security module for Docusign PKI but cannot figure out how. Hello, I have a user that I am helping saying that her envelope that was set to expire in 60 days, expired sooner than that, within two days. What can cause that and how can we resolve this, thank you.

Error - not able to esign docs we send out

I have used Docusign for several years and had no problems. Most docs I send out require me to also esign. But this week - I am not able to esign - after clicking SIGN NOW. It appears to start but then the screen either goes blank or today I receive “An Error has Occurred” message.Any idea what is causing the problem?I cannot seem to locate a Support #.ThanksWR

Renaming "Start" navigation button in embedded signing via resource file

Hello,I’m trying to rename the “Start” navigation button: However, I can’t find the correct field name in the resource file. “DocuSign_BeginSigning” doesn’t do the trick. I didn’t find anything in the Resource File Guide. It works well for other buttons like “DocuSign_NavNext”, so there shouldn’t be an issue with the resource file itself. Can anyone provide the correct setting for the resource file?Thanks in advance!

Adjust position of signature

Hey,I’ve sent a document for signing, but for some reason one of the signatures has shifted to the right a bit, and now it is overlapped with some text which makes it hard to read.How can I adjust the location of the signature? Cant Login Even on Different Devices

I am trying to login to my work DocuSign account, my supervisor reset the password and it works for them but not for me. Tried copy pasting, copy pasting plain text, tried typing, tried different browsers, tried different wifi, tried mobile device, nothing seems to work. First I thought it was my browser but that doesn't seem to be the case. There are no Microsoft credentials for DocuSign, and I've also cleared my cache and even reinstalled the browser fresh along with others.It tells me invalid email / password each time What could be the cause and how can I fix?I'm aware there is a lockout after 6 attempts so it just makes solving this all the more time consuming. I couldn't find anything exactly like this. Is this perhaps an encoding issue? Its persisting across different devices.I even reset the pass on my personal account as a test and that worked fine so it seems that it's just this account Any help is greatly appreciated. I used to be logged into this account and use it before

How do I delete an old account when I no longer have that email or phone number

I have an old docusign account from when I worked for a real estate company that used it - now I no longer have that email (tied to the company) or the phone number I had then - but my credit card company is trying to send me something via docusign and it keeps going to the old account I had - not the new one I have made since then. I called the credit card company - they say it is a docusign issue - but there is no support on here whatsoever. I can’t really cancel my old account without those tools - and don’t know how to tell it to use my new account. Any ideas??

Access to Security and Trust Assurance page

I’m working with a very small new company that needs to see ISO 27001 and SOC 2 reports for the context of using the Part 11 option. Our MSP (managed IT service provider) has attempted to contact DocuSign support to get access to the STAP package, and has not been successful. We attempted to register on https://www.docusign.com/trust/stap but that just collects info for marketing purposes, it appears. The Trust Portal access https://www.docusign.com/trust/trust-portal does not seem to be available either.I even looked at the old (now expired ISO27001 certificate from a previous company I worked with and attempted to lookup DocuSign on https://www.schellman.com/certificate-directory - but apparently DocuSign no longer uses Schellman as their certifier(?) They do not show up in a search.This has been going on for weeks - what can we do to get a copy?

Been going back and forth for a week with support to try and get a simple answer to a question. They won’t call, I can’t call them..they continue to send links that do not work. How to Access and Download All Historical Envelopes in My Docusign Subscription?

Is it possible to view and download all envelopes that have ever been created under my subscription? I am the administrator of the account and primary user. I opened the account in 2019, however when viewing all envelopes they only go back to 2022. Additionally, I do not have a retention policy enabled.

Prepopulate signatures so my manager doesn't have to sign so many

I'm wondering if it's possible to have my manager’s signature pre-populated into Docusign that I can just add into our contracts so she doesn't have to do it one by one every time a vendor confirms. Is that possible?

I am trying to add my team photo to Docusign profile picture and no matter how I size it, it is too zoomed and can’t seem to get whole team in. Only 4 people, but help, why is this so hard??? Hello,I’m new to DocuSign. I cannot seem to locate an answer to my question. I have several assignments that I will be sending to an investor. Example of the signature page attached. It will need to be first signed by the assignor using DocuSign envelope. The assignee will sign next and they said they can just sign manually in their office. My company will be the GP and we will need to countersign and we can also do this manually. Is it an acceptable process to send the envelope to the assignor and include a cc for assignee. Will the assignee be able to print the completed document and sign and then email back to me so we can also print and countersign as GP? I wasn’t sure if it’s acceptable to ask someone to print and sign a DocuSigned envelope.Thanks!

Display/populate Day, Month and year using signed date of document but not the entire date

Found DocuSign formula field then used Date functions like Day(date) that worked successfully to print day of the signed date on the document. However, couldn’t find any formulas for Month and year. Is there any solution to print/populate month and year values of DateSigned in the separate fields ? For Example : Signed on this day _____, of ____ month of year ____.
