Hello, While a document is circulating for approval/signature and I have someone mid circulation that has been assigned as getting a copy, does the circulation stop until the person opens a email, maybe they don’t get an email, or does it continue on to the next approver. i.e. if there’s 10 people, the person on copy is #5 in the list, once #4 approves, does it stop at #5 until they open the email or does it carry on? Thanks

I attempted to enable the Document Visibility feature for my PowerForm Template. Signer 1 has signature fields on pages 1 & 2 and is able to see everything. Signer 2 only has a signature field on page 1 and should not be able to see page 2. This works properly when I preview my envelope but when I do a live test, Signer 2 is able to see everything. I am not sure what I could be doing wrong, any thoughts?

Hello! I have a Business Pro Account and I do not see the option to give the signer the ability to upload a document. I have checked my settings and all the appropriate boxes are checked, that allow signers to upload multiple attachments. Can someone help?

Hi DocuSign team, Would you be able to help me with answering the questions below?What are your costs for a single signature transaction. What is considered a transaction in DocuSign? Is it maybe that for every one document that is signed (regardless of how many individuals are signing it), exactly one transaction takes place. Or is it that the number of transactions is the same as number of people signing (regardless of how many documents are involved), or is it something else? Is there a minimum number of transactions which an organization that purchases a DocuSign membership must commit for a year? Can this number change as the year goes on?In our organization, we would need to execute signatures via another software. This software requires that integrator Key and Secret Key are provided for the application which executes e-signatures. From my understanding, this is offered in DocuSign, but Admin access in DocuSign would need to be provided for it. Would these keys be offered with a

Varying "Retention Policy" by Template

Am I able to set a retention policy per each individual template, specific to that template? Say for example, I would like to retain every instance of the use of Template A for 1 year, but I want to only keep completed instances of Template B for 2 months - can I set each with their own retention policy? OR is the retention policy applied account-wide to all templates/envelopes/documents? Thanks!

Retention not back dated

We have had docusign for many years and would like to enable document retention. However we want to do this moving forward only to prevent our clients from getting potentially hundreds of emails. Why is there no option to use document retention moving forward and not back date it? Second part of the question is if we enable document retention does that mean the signee will only have access to those documents for the set period of time as well?

Envelope not received after being Signed.

We have a document that has 3 signatures. Signature 1 was completed and Signature 2 received their notification to sign. Signature 2 was completed but Signature 3 has not received notification to sign. We can see on our system that Signature 1 and 2 is complete and we are waiting on Signature 3. As a business we don't want to have to go the the client to ask them to complete again so is there something we can do our end as administrators to ensure Signature 3 gets their notification to sign?

Do eSignature templates allow the creation of a one-up or automatically increasing number each time a PowerForm/Template is created? Ideally, we want to have a means of tracking documents with a smaller identifier than the envelope ID. Appreciate any insight!

DIFFICULTY SENDING A DOWNLOADED DOCUMENT

i downloaded a pdf document and put in the signers, but it wont give me any option to send. when i click on ‘prepare document for signing’ it says it is unable to send this document. i have done this many times before but for some reason it wont. i will when i send it thru zipforms but not when i upload a document. help.

Signed documents before I had an account, how to add them to new account.

Hi,I have recently signed a heap of documents for building a house through DocuSign.The bank needs the digital certificates and said I should be able to log into my DocuSign account and download them.I had not created an account prior to signing any documents, so when I created an account with the same email address, there is nothing in the history or completed sections.I do not have the original emails from DocuSign,Can they be added without having to ask the builder to resend them all.Thanks,Tiana.

How do I send a document for signature by one signer, then send the document to another person who will then send the same document to another signer for signature. The documents seems to be locked after the first signature.
